I did legs workout last night at 6.00PM. Now is 8.50AM when I write this log.
The workout was awesome...
Nov 12 -> Day 12: 26.4mg (Workout Day)
Took 1 capsule at 6.00AM and then 1 capsule at 03.30PM
Did Legs Workout at 6.00PM.
Quads
-Smith Machine Squat: 75x15, 125x13, 175x12, 225x10, 245x8
-Seated Machine Leg Press (not 45 degree): 160x15, 190x13, 205x10
-Leg Extension: 100x15, 130x13, 145x12
Hams
-Stiff Ledged Deadlift: 95x12, 125x12, 145x10, 175x10
-Lying Leg Curl: 60x15, 70x12, 80x11
Calves
-45 Degree Machine Calf Raise: 190x25, 205x22, 220x20
-Standing Calf Raise on Smith Machine: 125x30, 175x25, 195x20
Comments:
Felt great during workout. Stamina and energy were great.
Got good pumps.
Still no sides....
No Backpumps, No Lethargy and Headaches.
I noticed increase in strength. All lifs were up. You could compare it to my first leg workout (day 5 of the cycle).
i.e: yesterday I could push my squat to 245lbs for 8 reps, last week was only 225lbs on 2 final sets.
Weight is 169.5lbs (+4.5lbs) despite no change in diet (same as before started the cycle).
