1 tbsp natty peanut butter

1 scoop Syntha-6
1 tbsp natty peanut butter
1/2 cup whole oats
Meal 3
1 chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup veggies
Meal 4
3 scoops CytoGainer
1 tsp flax oil
1 tsp fish oil

1 cup brown rice OR
1 sweet potato w/o fat

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
