After workout my wife decided she wanted new shrubs put in front of house. Had to dig 2 huge holes in 88 degree weather. Put down 8 bags of mulch as well.
2 hours later we had a Severe storm with 70+MPH winds, blew my new mulch all over house, pushed my trampoline(with cinder blocks about 20 feet, broke a few planters. We lucked out though the older established part of subdivision lost full size tree limbs, and I saw a wooden playhouse that was demolished.
Notes: Volatile and Endurance helped pick me up from my loooong night

Versa-1 is very very sneaky. I thought it was doing nothing. Once I thought about it, it does give me an amazing mind/muscle connection. I can feel every rep, and can do real slow negatives as if it was my job. Also my strength is a lot better than with ABE alone.I'd love to run ABE, but I can't come up with 100 for 2 bottles and I don't even know if Versa is working for me, haha. I'm just going to stick with the nutrition and training and see whatever logs I can snag.
