Sat: shopped for our vacation longer than I wanted.

Then a buddy brought a bunch of food over for a cookout. Never made it to gym. Over ate and over drank!
It happens. Sounds like you had a good time though. That is all that matters

Yeah I had an overall really great weekend. I ate mexican food and drank Friday night, Drank a lot and ate like mofo Saturday, had a great workout(hungover) Sunday and woke up weighing less than I did last Thursday!! Thanks ABE lol

Sunday: Woke up with headache feeling really really blah. Ran downstairs and drank 4 20oz bottles of water lol.

Wanted to workout fasted, but I had to eat before taking all my supps.

Pre: 1.5 Scoops Volatile <--- Felt so nice kicking in, made me forget about hangover

After workout my wife decided she wanted new shrubs put in front of house. Had to dig 2 huge holes in 88 degree weather. Put down 8 bags of mulch as well.

2 hours later we had a Severe storm with 70+MPH winds, blew my new mulch all over house, pushed my trampoline(with cinder blocks about 20 feet, broke a few planters. We lucked out though the older established part of subdivision lost full size tree limbs, and I saw a wooden playhouse that was demolished.

Notes: Volatile and Endurance helped pick me up from my loooong night
- The pump in my chest and tris was sick!! There was a cop in there working out, and he kept eyeballing me
- Strength is still going up

Woke up at 5:15 am
Pre: 1.5 scoops Alphamine
Intra 1 scoop Endurance

25 mins elliptical
4 sets of 20-30 jump rope

Tonight will prob be Back/Bi. I really want to see if I can alternating curl the 75s or 80s, however I may not press my luck sine I'm less than 3 weeks from Vacation.

Only 25 days until I leave for North Carolina. I have some new shirts that I bought a little tight. Somehow in the next 3 weeks I need to drop some fat fast!!

Good thing I got some cardio in yesterday morning.

Some trees that I ordered came in, so I had to skip gym to go pick them up. I did get some work in lol. The Bluce Spruce Globe had to weigh about 200lbs and the Weeping Norway Spruce about 150lbs lol. I had to keep picking them up loading and unloading. Some dead lift work haha

I am planting them this weekend along with some other shrubs. I'm thinking that I will still workout in the mornings over the weekend, and just use the planting as whole body exercises. My wife thinks that's dumb, and I'll get too sore.

Lol me too. It will give me time to finish some tubs of less favorites, then after vacation I'll be able to place an order. Hopefully Orange Volatile will be out!

I still have quite a few workouts worth of Volatile for log I think though. So we are good

I love Anabeta. One of my favorite supps. I just finished up 5 weeks ABE, and had an OG bottle laying around. I always get good strength increase, dense/full muscles, and amazing pump.

The pumps I have getting from the Volatile mixed with Anabeta have been unreal lol.

Popped 1 AT2 and 1 scoop Alphamine

Wow! That may have been a bit much for me, since I'm stim sensitive.

Drove to gym extremely focused.

Elliptical 25 mins. Had to stop a few times because heart was racing, felt good overall though.
Finished with some jump rope to see if I would die haha

I could do the second part, I was going to get regular anabeta but I wasn't sure. I'm thinking whenever I can bulk finally I will run that stuff.

Yeah me too. It dropped about 20 degrees in 10 minutes. Small tornado about 50 miles from us. It was pretty calm storm by time it got here though.

Hit another PR tonight, 90lb DB curl. The trainer that was there to bump it for me, said it was too light, and that I should try 100lb.

I had two people come up to me at show this weekend and go on and on about Volatile and Endurance combo. It was a pretty cool to get some awesome feedback. Now I just want 20,000 more to do the same!!!:smokin:
