on whole wheat, with slice of low-fat cheese
(and for my fellow Hoosier Tom - with a dab of sweet baby rays mixed with some wasabi & Dijon mustard)
of course fresh greens
~650cals, 40g carbs/22g fat
total cals coming in ~4850 this day

Today's training. Upped the weight a tad today on GVT lifts. Crazy pump in my tri's during incline and the pump in my back was just stupid. I was feeling fully contacted with very little motion after set six or so on the rows. Never felt that in my back before. Epic

sweet baby rays is good on anything i would put it on.....if my wife would let me!!!
