I'm trying to hit about 2000 calories right now - I think I forgot to mention this - I had a bit of fun with my diet. These are my new daily goals.
W/O Days

Fats 72g
I just walked around the beach trail at a decent pace enough to work up a sweat with my mum and girlfriend for 30 minutes - trying to encourge me mah to get in shape and stop bein a fat fek cause shes got blood pressure issues.
As far as diet goes I've adhered to it pretty well - except today was a bit of a fun day - I went to Urban Deli with my girlfriend - there is an event called chop chop - It is pretty awesome really.

Start with our house made fall flavoured butternut squash, carrot & sweet potato soup with ginger, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream
Second Course
Move on to a deliciously grilled euro-wrap sandwich with a must try bread: light and delicious!
Grilled chicken breast with a balsamic glaze drizzle / melted Brie / chutney / garlic aioli / crisp bacon / greens
We also split a Tuna burger and Salad after this - for what reason I'm not sure - we enjoy eating well.

Then after the gym I had a chubby chicken on WW with no Mayo - cause those bitches are on for 3$ right now. Also had about...60-80g of sour candy - probably a bit too much really lol.
Aside from that I had 3 whey/casein shakes both for about 50g of protein - I have yet to hit the grocery store so powder has been my main source to get more protein into me. So I got about 150g from shakes and then probably another 80 out of meals (bad I know - just need to get groceries.)
