Okay, todays workout didn't "suck" but I miss preworkout - badly - I felt so exhausted lol. Nonetheless - I got in and hit my target numbers.

Deadlift
135x8, 185x5, 235x4, 285x4, 285x3, 235x4

Press
45x15, 65x8, 85x4, 105x4, 125x3, 105x4x2, 85x8x2

Squat 205x12
Bench 165x12
Row 115x15
Chinups BW-40x15
Dips BWx15

Incline (had to use DB) - 60sX12
Single Arm Rows - 60x15
Side Laterals 20x15

Arms are just starting to recover from that damn impromptu arm day - and being pretty exhausted from the start some sets where I should have done 15 I did only 12. I need to keep a bit better track of these exercises so I make sure I'm progressively loading them - its just ez mode now but next week I'll be doing 2 sets of 12 reps - over time my volume is gonna get pretty high so we'll see how I hold up with this approach =P
You should pick up some caffeine pills dude. Like 5 bucks for 100 200mg pills. Take 2 and you have so much damn energy. It doesn't work as well as a quality pre workout but it does the trick

I have a ton of caff/ephedrine and preworkout - I just cant take it at the moment for health issues =(

Haha yah it shouldn't effect it. It's mostly just stims that seem to really rape me good. Don't forget the Dmz3.0 ;) 2s fun, 3s a party - 5 is - a damn good attempt at making up for not working out in university? #gonnagetalldemgains - also Driven upon entering the log you are supposed to post pictures of hot chicks.

Haha nice - those look like some juicy protein muffins. I wish there was good protein snacks - I made protein cookies with incredible macros once - except they tasted like rock hard ****s.

So today was a volume day for bench and squat - I didn't do any accessory work - I'll be hitting it in the morning. Tonight I did 30 minutes of light cardio and then.

Was pretty toast at this point and went home to hang out with friends - pretty good workout all in all - feel a bit better now that I'm getting into more calories - notice that I can push more volume without feeling so destroyed - and I'm not even using any preworkout. Should be a good day tomoorow! Might start hitting 2 sets of 12 for accesories.

I'm trying to hit about 2000 calories right now - I think I forgot to mention this - I had a bit of fun with my diet. These are my new daily goals.

W/O Days
Protein - 240g
Carbs - 180g
Fat - 35g

Off Days
Protein 240g
Carbs 100g
Fats 72g

I just walked around the beach trail at a decent pace enough to work up a sweat with my mum and girlfriend for 30 minutes - trying to encourge me mah to get in shape and stop bein a fat fek cause shes got blood pressure issues.

As far as diet goes I've adhered to it pretty well - except today was a bit of a fun day - I went to Urban Deli with my girlfriend - there is an event called chop chop - It is pretty awesome really. http://uptownsj.com/restaurants.html - all the restaurants - well - quite a few - have a lunch and dinner dish - lunch is 2 courses and dinner is 3 - my lady and I hit 2 lunches this week - so far I've had

York Bistro
Chop Chop Lunch

First Course
Inside Out Cheese Steak
Shaved Beef, Sautee Mushrooms, peppers ,Caramelized Onions,
Garlic Loaf, Aged white cheddar

Second Course
Chocolate Truffle Crème Brûlée


And today we had
Urban Deli

First Course
Start with our house made fall flavoured butternut squash, carrot & sweet potato soup with ginger, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream

Second Course
Move on to a deliciously grilled euro-wrap sandwich with a must try bread: light and delicious!
Grilled chicken breast with a balsamic glaze drizzle / melted Brie / chutney / garlic aioli / crisp bacon / greens

We also split a Tuna burger and Salad after this - for what reason I'm not sure - we enjoy eating well.

Then after the gym I had a chubby chicken on WW with no Mayo - cause those bitches are on for 3$ right now. Also had about...60-80g of sour candy - probably a bit too much really lol.

Aside from that I had 3 whey/casein shakes both for about 50g of protein - I have yet to hit the grocery store so powder has been my main source to get more protein into me. So I got about 150g from shakes and then probably another 80 out of meals (bad I know - just need to get groceries.)

Haha yah - I have a pretty low maintainence - I'm also 8 inches shorter than you as well =P

So I did my accessory stuff today - its day 4 on dmz 3.0 and day 3 on Trest - Tren should be here monday and I'm pretty excited - already feeling more endurance and strength along with pumps - my forearms were rock solid today lol

Alright - took me two days to finish the workout just due to time constraints - feeling pretty solid though.

Workout was pretty good - definitely feeling some solid pumps kicking in. Forearm pumps are getting real - almost hard to do a lot of pulling movements because they get so pumped. Could just be placebo but I am feeling a bit stronger already - but this could be because I bumped up my target calories by about 400.

Feeling good so far. More calories is definitely helping. I was about 164-166 at the beginning so up about 2-3lbs so far which I think is mostly bloat from consuming more carbs and protein and less fat than my previous diet. Muscles are nice and hard - the pumps come on quickly and weights are feeling a bit lighter.

Haha that's the plan. One of these days I'm gonna cut down to a good bodyfat percentage :p but for now it's all build build build!!!

Yikes - just checked the scale and I'm 170! this morning - 12 days ago I was probably about 161 on a low carb diet - so up about 9 lbs. The funny this is I'm really not going that crazy on the eats - I anticipated my weight being down this morning and I'm up another 1-2 lbs. Hopefully weight gain slows down as I'm really not looking to go back to super bulk mode - may have to lower overall calories in the next few days if things keep up the way they are.

Depends on the day really. If I plan on training that day (because sometimes I end up training on off days as well) then I will up carbs and lower fats mostly in the form of breakfast pre and post workout carbs. On off days I have more fats. On training days probably hitting about 180g of carbs and high fat (70g) days I had about 100g of carbs.

Good training session today. Went light and did a bunch of cable rows, Tricep extensions, a few barbell curls, pulldowns some lat pulldowns and a couple sets of chin-ups. My whole focus was just to go in and get a good pump in my lats and arms. After that I did about 10 minutes of cardio and that was it. Feeling awesome on this cycle so far. Getting tons of protein. Today's meals so far was

Breakfast
3 pieces of bacon, 3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, some pepperoni, 2 slices of cheese and a protein shake.

Then I had another shake after the gym

Then I had about 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt with some jam (no sugar added)

So far I'm at about
48g of fat, 200g protein and 40g of carbs. Probably gonna bang out another double scoop shake before the night is out.

Didn't get a ton in today but what I did was kickass.

Went in and did deads and press and will be hitting other stuff tomorrow.

Deads
135x6, 175x4, 225x3, 275x2, 315x5 - this was my best back yet - was smashing through 315 and could have probably done 6 or 7, tried to hit 365 cause the m8s were pushing me on but I was gassed from there. Worked back down and did 3 sets at 225x6.

Onto shoulder press. Shoulders have been feeling tender lately. Need to do more recovery and stretching.

45x10, 65x6, 85x4, 105x3, 125x3x2 and then back down with 2 sets at 85, and 3 and 65 for 8-10 reps.

Hit a little arms after that and called it a night.

Weight was also better today - woke up at like 168-169 something - good to see that overall my diet is treating me well and I'm not going too nuts. Just gotta be careful of overdoing it on carbs and tasty treats lol.
