Yesterdays workout was shoulders superset with bis
Started out with stretching and 15 min walking warmup
Shoulder press on cable machine/ hammers
3x15 for both 90/25 lbs
front raises/ curl machine
3x15 for both 20/80
shrugs/wide grip straight bar cable curls both on the cable machine
3x15 for both 100/60
5 min abs/stretching
CANNOT WAIT TO DO LEGS TODAY
Looks like im getting a little tighter

My buddy is running this right now, I asked him about night sweats, he said he hasn't had any at night, but during the day he feels his body temp is up, he has been noticing really good leaning effects.

Ya I think It was a mental block day myself.Good luck with your uncle man sorry to hear about that.It's hard on those days. If I'm physically encabable then I'll pass but if I can move without complaint, I'll shrug on. Lot of times mental problems we face are the worse. This whole week with my uncle on life support, I had some rough days trying to force myself to lift. Hope everything gets better I'll be praying and kick that chest day bro!

Yes Sir I have to take my Super Cissus always. I think its just been from overuse at work to be honest. Its been a while since it has acted up. But man when it does look out.Hope the elbow does better, are you using SuperCissus at all? I find that helps my elbows a lot, I've havn't had much issues with my elbows, but a couple odd workouts where there so inflammed I had to quit. Not fun thats for sure, I avoid skullcrushers now because of it lol

Gonna try shoulders today with my heavier elbow wraps with the straps on them and see how it goes.
If you start to feel it flare up, go easy trust me! My shoulder is getting well, but still can feel the pain from the surgery I had done in Jan. They took an inch of bone off and sob hurted like hell. Just be safe with it.

All day it was good so i didnt want to push it too hard .
Machine rows warmup
6x10 at 150
changed my handgrip each set to make sure nothing was pulling/tweaking
Seated row close grip
warmup 2 sets 140 x12
175x10
190x10
200x8
200x6
Close grip pulldowns
140x10 5 sets
reverse grip pulldowns (shoulderwidth)
4 sets 140
Didnt want to go too wide and leave my shoulder a chance to tweak on me.
Seated machine low row
4 sets 8 and 140 pretty light for a nice pump
All in all I SO HELD BACK yesterday. I feel so strong so tight and im getting a pump right away
Weight is not changing which is fine I must be loosing BF%
I think im not SEEING the loss much because most of my fat is in my a$$ and back(last place to loose it)
Going to try and attach chest today
