Dosage: 120mg- M1,4add + 50mg P-Mag

Deadlift: 315x10, 365x8 (<-- big increase), 365x6, 385x4 (last week struggled for 1 rep)

BB Lunge: 135x8, 185x8, 185x6

Comments: I felt great today, started off on the bike and just moved right through the workout. I didnt see any crazy gains in deadlifts, but I almost doubled the reps for existing weights, which is a victory to me. I tried going up to 405 for one rep, but got halfway up and failed... mabey next week lol. After DLs I was completely dead, and kinda stayed the same weight on other lifts. As with DLs I repped higher with weight, but wasnt able/didnt try anything heavier. All in all good workout though.

Sides: nothing new, balls seem to mabey be returning to normal size???
other then that im feeling the new p-mag in me, deff causing a lot more aggression and alertness. Besides that I got a new multi-v yesterday and my piss has been neon yellow since... kinda weird i wouldnt be surprised if it glowed in the dark.

Diet
Its kinda odd how my hunger has been working.... I get hungry when im full and when i should be eating I dont have much appetite.

Comments: Another day of excellent gains... 20lbs in upright rows is great. Last week I struggled at 145 to get six reps, where this week i banged out 8 reps at 155. When I first started shoulder press, the first set felt so heavy, but once I got going the pump developed and things went great.

I deff feel more aggression from the p-mag I cant wait till it kicks in.

Comments:WOW so far my two best workout days on this cycle were both of the quad and calf days. The gains today were crazy! I put an additional 20lb on my squat, setting my first PR yet. So far Im putting 20lb on my squat a week, and I deff could have gone higher yesterday. The only reason I didnt was bc my knee has been a little sore from all this extra bodyweight, and from upping leg workout weights like crazy. So I decided to just play it safe and make modest gains.

As far as everything else... LEG PRESS! Last week I can remember struggling on 540 for 4 reps. This week I put it on and banged out 8 like nothing, that led to a 90lb increase... holy ****!

Everything on this cycle is kicking in full swing and im loving it. Ive been revising my diet to try to eat cleaner, seeing as im already up 10 pounds. I deff have put on some fat so Im going to try to recomp some of that in the next week.

Sides: Nothing new. Slight lethargy till the dhea kicks in. NO ACNE at all, no more shrinkage on the nuts, and just the same slight sensitivity in the nips once in a while.

today is easter (happy easter) and tomorrow i go back to school and have work in the same day, so unfortunately Ill be taking two days off before going into back.

Comments: ANOTHER DAY OF HUGE GAINS!!! barbell rows were ****ing crazy today, doing 235!!! shrugs went way up and so did all cable rows! Ive noticed that im not getting the crazy pump or energy walking around the gym anymore, but whatever id rather have strength then pump. So far this cycle has been ridiculous, Im upping the weight in every weight range, for every exercise in every workout. I have been forgetting to mention PRs, but whats the point when they be broken next week.... but for the record everything i did today was setting a new PR. tomorrow is chest. yay.

Sides: Hunger seems to be leveling off, Im having to force it down again to get to my goals, although it is a bit easier now that I am used to it. Thirst is rising, Im just draining gallons of water. Lethargy is at same level, no more ball shrinkage. As for libido, mine is suddenly skyrocketing! I been following other similiar logs and seeing everyone rave about wild libido, and meanwhile mine was pretty much normal the whole time. This leads me to think that it is the P-mag thats responsible for this, as ive been on it for a week now, it must be kicking in!

tomorrow starts week 4, with a chest day and up to 75mg of p-mag!

I've been following and your strength increases have been crazy. Makes me want to run my two bottles of m1,4add this summer... I plan on cutting or recomping, though. Have you had any bloat or acne?

Anyway, keep killing it.

thanks for following man. Well as far as bloating or acne, id say minimal. Acne wise, I try to stay on top of it before it becomes a problem, by washing with clearasil soap and putting that spot pimple cream whenever one pops up. So far ive had only one or two on my back, really nothing to complain about. As far as bloating, its hard to say. Ive been taking in a ridic amount of calories, and they arnt perfect ones, so at times I feel bloated from eating... plus being full all the time gives the bloat feeling too. In terms of water retention bloating, Id say there is some there, but nothing to seriously complain about.

m1,4add is a great bulking compound from what ive experienced. You probly will put on a little bodyfat and water, but hey its for bulking, and its nothing that cant be shredded of too quick afterwards.
If you said you were trying to recomp though, this might not be a great choice for a standalone cycle. Perhaps bridge it into a h-drol cycle instead of my p-mag, to shred off the excess fat and dry up a bit..

Comments: WOW. I feel like im starting every log entry with WOW these days. Again, another day of literally PR'ing in every lift!!! Its crazy every day im putting at least 20 or more pounds on all my main lifts, its getting crazy!!! I broke 405 on deadlift for the first time!, not only that but I banged out 4 reps! thats a solid 20 lb increase from last week, plus last week I couldnt even get 405 at all. This is a great victory, bc 405 was my cycle goal that I set in my first post. Im thinking at the rate im going that I will hopefully pull 435-445 once by cycles end. So ill edit my deadlift goal to 445x1. After that came lunges, just tossed those around adding on 40 more lbs then last week, and feeling like straight butter. Everything after that was great as well.

Im feeling like ive been in the peak of my cycle the last few days and its great! I have the rest of this week, ending i think wendesday, with the m1,4add. I will deff miss it but am looking forward to seeing what p-mag brings. So far back acne and facial acne has been starting to show, im thinking from the p-mag kicking in... seeing that it was never a problem with m1,4add. Other sides are non existant really, and i think im going to hold off on the formestane, Im seeing no estrogen related problems

this post is a few days late, and ill post my arm workout from yesterday next.

Either way, im making gains. Preacher curls felt amazing today, and so did my db curls, my biceps are starting to grow for sure. Other then that not much to say, just a good arms workout. Monday is shoulders!

Im deff starting to look a lot bigger, and feel bigger too. Older shirts are tight now... im wondering where this is going to level out at...? right now I have a little over two weeks left, and have already gained 13 lbs. Plus, all my gains pretty much started after two weeks, so this is the halfway point in the gains hopefully. If I continue to gain weight, im planning on stopping the bulking diet at +20 lbs, and from there on try to solidify gains.

Comments: 405!!!!! thats another goal broken right there... this is amazing my squat has literally gone up 20lbs every week so far!!! today felt great, I was in a crunch for time, and someone was on the leg press everytime I needed it, so i couldnt do it this week, but made up for it by doing another set of squats and a burnout of front squats.

Still feeling great on this cycle, Today is the first day of week 5, but I still have enough m1,4add to run it a few more days, which I will, I think I can run it 2-3 more days. After that, this week will be p-mag solo, and im hoping to finish strong. So far my deadlift and squat goals have been broken, but im still going on bench press, and shoulder press. Im going to kick eating into overdrive again and try to gain 6 more lbs, which I see as entirely possible. P-mag should be kicking in soon, so well see how that treats me.

Sides: nothing new really, the back acne leveled off with a few pimples, which I stay on top of using oxypads, scrub in the shower, and pimple spot treatment cream. Acne on my face has virtually disappeared. Sex Drive has deff gone cazy in this last week, and im still feeling amazing there! I ran out of dhea, but the lethargy seems to not be as bad as before....

Comments: Had a HUGE pump going on today. The 245 on bench press felt so light, I did it without a spot and had super clean reps. I remember last week struggling for the last few reps on it. I decided to bump up to 275, and was able to get 4 reps, so im happy. The way my cycle is working out, I will probly on get one more chest day while "on" so next time i gotta make **** happen. My goal is to bang out 255 8 times, clean. Im sure i can make this happen. next week I also plan on maxing out. I really want to hit 315 once, and I think its within reach. If I did 275x4 after doing a bunch of sets, im sure i can find a way to do 3 plates.

does anyone have any suggestions of a good way to approach maxing out? I.E.- how many sets before it, what weights, how many reps? I want to warm up and get used to heavy weight, but not tire myself out either.
As of now im thinking of doing like 5 reps of 225, then 1 or 2 of 275, then just going for 315.

Anyway, the rest of my workout was good. One major improvement was the incline press. Last week for my 8 rep set I did 205. I bumped it to 225 and banged out 8 clean reps. That kind of tired me out a lot, and wasnt thinking of going to 235, but I think it was benefitial in the end.

Sides: Yesterday I wanted to see if I had any hair loss, so I put my head over a clean white bathroom sink and rubbed my hiar around.... only to find 5-10 peices of hair falling out onto the sink. (I have short dark hair). I am very worried about this... hair loss is something i dont wanna fu ck wth!!! anyone have any suggestions on this??

get that russian bear 5000. that's 5000 cals. right there alone, i got that on deck for my m1,4add/p-mag run for june but also got a bottle of alpha one on hand too, just not sure if if i should bridge the m1,4add with the p-mag or bridge the alpha one with the p-mag. but got plenty of time to decide, but as far as your cycle is going it's got me amped for my run in june. great job and hope all goes well through out and during pct

thanks for following along guys...

as far as the weight gainer... that sounds like a great idea. i forgot i have a tub of muscle juice, which is like 2500 cals per serving. Id probly only take in 1000 cals at a time to stretch it out and get used to it, but yea ill get on that.

As far as choosing your next cycle... I have never used alpha one, but I will sure as hell recomend this one im doing right now!

Sorry I havnt been up on the log lately. At this point I missed two log days, but they were nothing amazing. My strength is still way up, but the increases are tapering off. Im still adding on weight, just in smaller increments.

Comments: All in all im starting to feel the cycle come to an end. Its the first day of the last week, and as mentioned before, my gains are tapering off and settling in. I can feel my body getting tired, and it makes sense... U cant go on gaining 5 lbs a week forever lol. Id like to try to gain another pound or two by next week, and make sure I get hardbody on the next chest workout, in order to reach my goals.
Today went well, My shoulder press felt AMAZING, and I PR'd big time throwing up the 100s! Everything after that was decent, pretty much doing the same weights as last week.

Sides: nothing. This cycle has treated me great as far as possible sides.

I hope that in the next few weeks I can keep as many of the gains I made as possible. Its gonna be hard to keep up this lifestyle once finals start, as Ill be in the library 247 unfortunatly, but im gonna do everything possible to make these gains stick. Im going to post the detailed breakdown for my pct in a few days. Does anyone have any secrets or good routines theyv used in pcts before? As of now im planning on switching to more of a compound lifting routine with more sets of less, but heavier reps in order to keep the strength.


Im not putting up my diet today bc its only 5pm... but yea its pretty much the same as its been

Looking great bro. Glad to see the cycle is treating you as well as its treating me. I am on PCT now and still seeing some nice gains.

hahaha thanks guys, yea this cycle was really everything I hoped it would be... just hoping I stay up after pct, but im thinking ill be good.

... im gonna miss being on cycle so much... pause... but really i feel like a kid the day after christmas- gotta wait another 365 days for the fun again.

Week 6 (day 2) Quads/Calves
Dosage: 75mg P-mag
Weight: 195lbs (+15 lbs.)

Workout
Squat: 315x10, 345x8, 385x6, 405x6 - only 4 last week...

Seated Calf Raises: 90x12, 135x10, 180x8, 180x8 (much easier this week)

Leg Press: 290x10, 470x8, 610x4, 650x4 (+40lbs from last week!!)

Leg Extensions: 200x10, 210x8, 220x8

Comments: Again, Quads/calves day kicks my ass!! I literally couldnt walk after my workout, and that hasnt happened in a longgg time. Squats didnt go up in weight, but I did a clean set of 405x6, as opposed to a sloppy 4 reps last week. Leg press went up another 40lbs from last week as well!!! after the leg presses I thought I was done but got myself together and banged out nice sets of leg extensions to finish off my legs. All in all, great workout.

Diet
Meal 1: Pop Tarts- 400 cals/ 5g protein
Yogurt- 150 cals/ 15g protein
V8 VFusion- 100 cals/ 0g protein

Meal 2: Chicken Fingers- 300 cals/ 20g protein
Greek Yogurt- 150 cals/ 15g protein
Gatorade- 100 cals/ 0g protein

Meal 3: Pasta- 500 cals/ 15g protein
Butter/cheese/sauce- 150 cals/ 5g protein
Protein Shake- 100 cals/ 20g protein

-workout-

Postworkout- 150 cals/ 25g protein

Meal 4: Tacos- 650 cals/ 25g protein
Protein/Fruit smoothie- 300 cals/ 20g protein

Meal 5: Chicken Breast- 300 cals/ 50g protein
broccoli/sweet potato/butter- 300 cals/ 10g protein
gatorade- 150 cals/ 0g protein

Total: 3600 cals/ 215g protein- but im gonna eat another meal now before bed, which should put me somewhere near 4100 cals/ 230-240g protein


taking tomorrow off (school/work) and will be hitting back on saturday!

Im not taking cycle support I just got all the main support supplements individually. I had a bottle of hawthorne berry, but becasue I started it 2 weeks prior to the cycle it was dunzo by like week 2. So in my sixth week of this cycle I have "lower" then normal blood pressure, not too shabby lol

And from what it sounds like you have a similiar body type as mine, so go for it man eat up! you dont have to eat plain chicken and veggies everyday-- it sucks! eat what the **** you want as long as you get enough protein and you arnt putting on too much BF,,

Comments: Today was ok, the gains are starting to really slow down. All my weights were pretty much the same as last week, except for shrugs, which I just banged otu 12 reps, at a pr weight!!! that really came out of nowhere and surprised me! Also, i did a few more reps per set of my weighted wide grip pullups. This is my last week of this cycle, sop im trying to go as hard as possible, and keep as much gains as possible. I feel great, and have a feeling that recovery will be pretty easy for some reason.

Upcoming PCT Plan
Clomid: 50/50/50/ 0/ 0/ 0
Nolva: 20/20/20/20/ 0/ 0
T-911: 0/ 0/ x/ x/ x/ x
ZMA: As directed for 2 months straight, starting day 1 of PCT

Micronized Creatine monohydrate: 10g/day week 1, 5g/day for weeks 2-8

USP Labs Jack3d: Scoop and a half weeks 1-2, 2 scoops weeks 3-4 (and for however long it lasts)

Once I have more money, Ill be buying a big tub of purple wrath, (BCAAS, to last me through the summer)

Questions/ advice
1) From what I understand, both clomid and nolva are obviously serms, but clomid does more with restarting your nuts, and getting your libido going again, whereas nolva is more for preventing gyno, and tends to surpress libido. am I correct here?

2) Assuming I had it right, it seems kind of contradictory to take clomid first, and then finish up with nolva- why get your libido up just to kill it eventually? I was thinking mabey save one week of the clomid and run it after the nolva to leave myself off in a nice "working" spot. This idea also sounds a little odd to myself as it plays around with PCT too much. thoughts?

3) any further advice or criticism?




today is chest day :) last chest day on cycle so im hoping for big things!

I prefer to run them both at the same time. Have done it a few times now to get the best of both worlds and have always had awesome results. My PCT looks like this bro

Tamoxifen (nolva) is very effective at HPTA restoration. Though both drugs bind to slightly different estrogen receptors their in vivo functions are both pretty useful in PCT.

Clomid has more studies done on specifically steroid induced infertility, but there is a lot of evidence that Nolva is just as, if not more effective.

In reality neither drug is that great for your libido as they may/may not unbalance one of the dozens of hormonal systems that work in the libido process. Remember, Testosterone does not equal libido. You need to consider DHT, estradiol, progesterone, dhea-s, dopamine, serotonin, blood pressure, cholesterol etc...

PCT is about transition from excessive supraphysiological androgens into a period of stasis and eventually (hopefully) recovery.

Its funny you say to eat what I want cause diet has always been something I don't understand. I was just checking out the rest of your log to see what kind of stuff you've been eating b/c you seem to have made awesome gains ON cycle. I am getting ready to go to the grocery store in a few minutes and just wanted some more ideas on decent stuff to eat. Your log gave me some good ideas Thanks!

Ever since I started making myself eat more I find myself being hungry more and more often. That's a good thing cause ever since I did about a 30lbs cut a few years ago I can go almost all day with no food.

Yesterday I posted that I am planning on using t-911 as my test booster/AI. In previous cycles I have used reversitrol, and liked it but I feel liek theres something better out there... whats everyones favorite, or best working AIs??

Comments: EXCELLENT WORKOUT. I havn't had one like this for a while, mabey not since the M1,4add days.... Anyway, deadlifts today felt incredibly light, last week I struggled for 4 reps of 405, today I loaded it up and banged out 8 like it was nothing!!! After that I through on 10s to each side and did 425 3 times, but very clean and with good form. After that, I added on weight to PR in every following excersize, except leg curls, but who gives a sh!t about leg curls anyway...lol

Could it be that the p-mag is just kicking in now?? at the end of week 4? Im kinda thinking so, bc once I stopped the m1,4add I stopped gaining pretty much. Either way my plan seems to have worked out. I jumpstarted the cycle with a dbol like compound, got quick great gains, and am now using the p-mag to harden up, solidify those quick gains, and even make some additional gains. I am really noticing a nice recomp now with the p-mag. I deff lost a lot of the water that m1,4add was holding, as well as some body fat too. My lower abs are starting to appear, and the cuts between my shoulders and arms are getting deeper. After a week of dull gains, this workout has set me off again, and I cant wait to do arms today.

ALSO, like an ass, i didnt order my pct till a few weeks ago, but its in transit now. According to my USPS tracking, I should have it in within the next few days, so im gonna keep this cycle going till then. Itl only be a few days, and I figure I mind as well ride out this second wave for a bit. anyone have any insight as to the question about AIs that I included in my last post?

Diet
I am writing this a day later, so ive forgotten exact amounts but in all, my diet included things like
-tuna pasta salad
-pasta
-milk, yogurt
-broccoli
-roast beef sanwich

calculating it in my head, I must have had around 4000 calories, with about 250g of protein. Real diet will be back up later tonight, with today's eats.

Kick a$$ brother! Up a total of 15 lbs, nice. I gained a solid 8 off mine but lost weight around my mid section so I basically recomped. I kept my diet as clean as I possibly could. I am jealous of your diet though because I would have gained a ton of fat with it. Over all your cycle is looking good. You should continue to make some gains during PCT too bro.

Looking good kid! Those deadlift numbers can hold their own when you only weight 195lbs.
