I like 2 pre then 1 at work and a scoop of mm preI would suggest 1-2 Fat Smack caps 6-8 hours apart from MM, or maybe a half scoop of MM, of Fat Smack on off/cardio days when cals are low.
I work out @ night as well and I vary from 1/2 to 1 full scoop of MM @ night as well.
