1. This product helped me fall asleep 5
It helped out greatly, as it usually takes me some time to finally pass out at around 11.

2. This product provided deep, restful sleep 5
Never woke up for no reason, slept throughout the night, except on rare occasions like needing to take a wiz.

3. This product enhanced my recovery 5
Recovery was up as in the beginning I was going to the gym 4 times a week hitting muscles twice a week without no problems

4. This product helped me relax 5
When it came to chilling out, this really helped me out, especially if I was anxious for the next day.

5. I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to family and friends 5
My girl has some trouble sleeping so was trying to get her to take some, but that jury is out for now haha she thinks it is weird to drink something for better recovery/sleep, but I would recommend to others

6. Taste 4.5
I love lemonade, so lemon ice is great, but I'd prefer like regular lemonade or raspberry lemonade flavor :)


Overall score 4.99999! Overall good product, but would get all 5 if it was raspberry lemonade.

Wyked is some good stuff tho! Have only taken about 1 scoop for preworkout but digging the taste. Especially when I mix it with BCAA/SAA it is like blue raspberry lemonade, love that flavor.

Tomorrow is a flip of a coin if I will hit the gym. Really I need to start incorporating cardio seriously, got winded going up a single flight of stairs lol. Which is crazy because back in October me and my boys walked around downtown orlando entering all the big hotels and we used the stairs and some of these buildings had 30+ flights

That it does, I think with the added on stress of school kind of tipped me over. Been cutting for too long so need to work into this recomp as I might of been showing some signs of overtraining.

MHD and the M stane, so pretty much the juice. They shipped out yesterday so it's all good to start next week. Was gonna go for trest, but I think I said I opted out to try these. Trest deca looks unreal tho!

I'll have to do a little research on MHD but stane is some good ****. I always get strong as **** on it.

Got some of my goodies today, now waiting for the rest. Guys at dynamic formula are pretty awesome guys, they are letting me run two bottles mstane and they tossed in l stane plus samples :D

Nice lifts. How do you like going lower weight with more reps?

Do you think it's more beneficial thank heavy, with less reps?

This is with the idea that you keep proper form for each.

Thanks. Well this week is a deload for strength work. Depends on goals..

IMO you need to work every muscle with multiple approaches. Why short change yourself of potential gains. Everyone says that certain body parts grow differently with different ranges because of fast twitch or slow twitch, but ideally all rep ranges should be used IMO to fully activate the muscle. Another issue is, you need to be lifting heavier weights, more reps, etc; progressing each workout or you won't grow is bottom line. Lower weights for more reps hurts more/equal to low reps higher weights.

Low reps and higher weights do help the ego a bit hah, not in a bad way, but when I load the bar with 8wheels and squat that, I feel damn good. Monday and Wednesday are my strength/volume days and Friday is my fully body pump day. So I get rep ranges of 1-5, 10-15, 30+ each week.

True that, it makes sense.

That's why I usually warm up, go heavy, and then go light and rep it out.

Yeah most people recommend doing all rep ranges in each session, but I like my current system, because of my full body/pump day is usually when I carb up, so I get better protein synthesis and nutrients shuttling.
