Did the neck training work for you Rocket? What max weight did you hang on it?

I think it was 25 or 35lbs. I got a BFS neck machine about a year ago and have not used the harness since.

I'm chasing your numbers! Lol. What kind of neck size did you add? I'm noticing way less neck "pain" and no stiff neck issues any more.

I definitely do not have the stiff neck I used to have. I went for 15 1/2" to 16 1/2' in about a year, makes it harder to find shirts that fit and I can wear a tie with. When the neck size is right the waist is way to big. Oh well it is the price we pay.

You gotta buy tapered/Taylored shirts. Worth it if you want to fit right for that special occasion.

Yes, I do have a few of those and I found some the are Athletic Fit that are ok.

Week 1 Summary of Controlled Labs OxiMega Reds:

1) Mixes perfectly! It even changes color if you let it sit (from a rusty orange to red in about 2 mins - it's cool to watch)
2) My older GI system has not had any issues with and it's actually improved some "things".
3) My wife is happy that I'm taking this after she read the label!
4) My digestion issues continue to improve. I'm lactose intolerant and I still eat cheese and ice cream. Normally I'd "suffer" from the "effects" but not this week.

So far, very good!!

I'm so freakin cold! Even after my speed bag warmup I still had cold feet/toes! Minus 2 out!

I like your new AVI. Hey Sean, I've been using OxiMega Reds now for a little over a week. It's been working great and my digestion has never felt better. Is it OK to start adding in some other supplements from various companies? (Like adding it to BCAA mixes, etc)

First mixer was Athletix Ergonine (blue ice) at one scoop to one scoop OxiMega Reds in fasted state before morning workout. Taste and mixing was good. Just finished a heavy cardio session and there were no GI issues.

Those last few sets must have been intense...
They were. With this OLAD program the last 3 sets are always the worst. The muscles are exhausted and screaming "no" but you have to push through.

2) Digestion improvement. I can eat bean soup and not have issues! Normally one bowl would kill me but I've eaten 3 bowls in the last 3 days without any issues!

Digestion problems? Not if taking OxiMega Reds!

Do it! Heck of a cardio session. You could substitute your subzero runs for twelve 3 minute rounds on the bag. Guaranteed heart racing out of your chest.

Had access to a really nice swiss bar today, but ended up sticking with the bbell because this week I wanted to start programming my OHP as well and I knew I wouldn't have access to it next week. I really enjoy them though.
