My focus will be a cut and I can't stop eating when using anabeta.... Stuff gives me the munchies. I will be adding in alphamine to help with the cut. I've got some gnarly DOMS going on right about now. Muscles keep spazzing out.Man your arms must be sore after a workout like that lol. I can never do biceps on back day.
They were definitely pumped and burning prior starting the bicep work. My triceps are out growing my biceps much quicker so I figured I'd throw some extra bicep work in and they seem to be filling out nicely.I have no idea how you managed all that biceps work after that back work....
My protein is high and fats are moderate right now. I am pretty carb sensitive and I don't have that good of insulin sensitivity/ have high insulin secretion so a lower carb diet works for me and I actually consider around 200 carbs to be high.You must get alot of fat and protein since your carbs Are relatively low?

Ive been doing this for a while now, consuming all carbs around training and in the morning. I consume quite a few carbs in this time and nothing seems to be overflowing which is good. Really seem to make use of all them. Def worth trying. My macro breakdown is roughly 45/25/30 (P/C/F) right now I do believe.
This week I am starting to only take in carbs pre and post workout. I want to see how well this works for me.
Sorry I haven't replied in a while. Been busy and on top of that my phone got wet somehow in a LifeProof case which is meant to keep water out.What do you make of the glycophase? In comparison to recompadrol and ssv2?

Wrist is feeling great. I have some flexibility issues in that arm/shoulder right now that have caused a little bit of an elbow issue, but nothing major. Comp is in Maryland. I have no doubt ABE will treat me well again.Nice dude. How's the wrist healing? And where is the comp?
