I don't like the pullover machine at all. Pullovers work just fine with a bench and a dumbbell. I think the best machines are the plate loaded bench press variants, shrug, and machine dip machines.

With food mostly. The night time dose is sometimes a few hours after dinner though. It may not be the MacaPro bothering me- just wanted to see. I am hungrier today than I've been all week though. Odd?!

Hmm, hasn't had a hunger effect on me yet. Very interesting, though.

I generally take my first dose pre-workout fasted and second dose before bed.

hummm, i been dosing pretty much the same as misfit, on empty. curious to see if anything changes.

speaking of hunger....any noticeable difference in libido-not trying to intrude just curious, by this point most guys have been reporting this effect.

Yes, most definitely...I noticed it pretty quickly. Like haven't had any more of an increase since Friday but it's definitely there! (Sucks being home alone this week though! Lol)

Happy hump day! ;) Went to bed about 10:15 last night! Didn't really sleep much but I think it's just because I'm alone! Lol Got to get up and go to the gym today though! Yay! Wore a hoodie and sweat like a banchee! Haha

Fasted cardio
15 mins on treadmill / 30 mins on the ski machine

Followed up with 13 sets of ab work- first time in over a month I've been able to bend enough to do these! :D

Yay for Thursday!!! Last work day for the week! I pretty much finished my cake orders last night. So only a few final touches left and and insanely dirty house to clean! Busy summers make it hard to keep a clean house! Lol Went to bed at 10 last night and slept like a rock! Dosed my MacaPro right before bed. Shoulders are still nice and sore from Tuesday. Chest didn't get too sore though. Met my macros yesterday! Right on target too! :)

I love me some reverse EZ curls. Now isolate them using an Arm Blaster or on the high preacher curl bench. One helluva pump after that!

What you don't have a B.O.B. if not maybe a Harley with a golf ball sewn into the seat? I know so horrible... I actually knew a girl once who told me about the golf ball trick. A small pocket was sewn into the back part of the seat behind where her man sat. Thanks everyone!! It was very intense! My arms are just getting to wear they don't hurt! Lol The girls at work are laughing because I'm having such a hard time getting enough calories...they're having a hard time cutting out calories! Lol

Kleen, yes I do have a special friend but definitely not a golf ball or motorcycle! Lol o_O
