I think its kinda cool to have the maker of your 1-T defending potency/viability with the AM board admin in the thread. Its not my log tho. Its very good info to have in-log access to.
Let me make very clear...there is no need for defense. No one is attacking him, the logger or the product. He has been asked to SUPPORT his product.

I am going to the gym at lunch today, as I have yet another event to attend tonight. I've had a sample dose of NO-xplode in my desk at work for at least a year, and I'm considering taking it today...hmmm.



I took sustain again last night, and once again it had what I will call "viagra like" effects about an hour after application. The new version also seems to smell a little bit like coaco puffs, pretty good.

What are you going on about in two languages now?

Anyone that knew anything about 1-test knew that oral administration was a waste.

People that gained 7-12lbs in 6 weeks were using 1-Test at 400mg netting likely 75-100mg a day in THE topical solution that all aspire to be.
Yet here's the thing: oral 1-AD was very effective, and even at high doses and generous conversion rates you wouldn't be seeing 100 mg/day of 1-test in the blood. But it worked.

Good work johnnyq I may be logging as well. I think I can offer a pretty fresh perspective on whether or not the product works.

EDIT - OK sactown made my exact same point earlier, and Heat Miser left. I guess this post is a fail. :(

whats that say?! (yes I know its leaning a little off center, but it was balancing in the middle before the shot, I probably shifted my weight).

Weight: 200 (+14 pounds)

I took the NOxplode today. Definitely felt the energy effects. The pump effects were probably not needed as I had some serious pain today in my legs.


I experimented with some squats I haven't done before. Front squats, ass to ground (actually it was ass close to ground, I couldn't go all the way). I taught my wife the goblet squat at the same time as her back has been hurting her. Then I did some box squats lower than I have ever gone, and my back said no more at set 4!

I think everyone have the right to question a logger, when we do a log we submit to questions , I don't think Heat Miser has to change his thoughts and opinions just because he works for nutra , I support freedom of speech and I appreciate is questions cause I`m learning with them:thumbsup:

BY the way I`m not question PP`s product but yes 14 pounds seems to good to be true in such a short time , even with d-bol(with water retention ) is hard to achive but if johnyc made it , well congrats bro , great job if its pure muscle

Just some a few comments/feedback

After only two applications of sustain, it seems like the libido is coming back. I have some drive now, and a few random erections. Nothing like the first 2 weeks, but I'm extremely pleased with those results.


Even though I'm on DAY 24, I still have some 1-T left. I think I will get one more day (so 25 days out of 1 bottle for me). It is supposed to be 21days@5pumps, so I'm happy with that. I have a second bottle I will open and run until the end of 6 weeks. I'll be saving what is left for my next cycle.

Easier in russian, but hey, your have a different view point to me, and i know you are very well educated on these grounds, so i will keep my views wich are PP has made a good product, i will watch this log, and hope it is an effective product, so far its working for all users ive seen, regardless of our difference of opinion, im sorry for any thing i said that may have caused offense, hope johny has a great log, and thankyou for logging this product for us.

Wow, I haven't had time to check in on this thread in a few, and when I come back to it, we've got some people in a pissing contest, watering down an excellent log Sad really. I suggest you boys take your ball and go home. Posting once is more than enough, make your own thread(s), or better yet, pm each other. I for one, don't have a problem with your opinions or facts, but I subscribed to this log for the loggers input, and if I need/want any other input, I can search for it.

Sunday I ran ~2 miles. Just didn't feel like seeing the inside of the gym.



workout felt great, but my run on sunday was tough. Legs were burning, and I think I saw some signs of tendon damage in my foot (plantar fasciitis I guess). I need to get new shoes and be careful with future runs. I probably did the initial damage doing sprints in the gym, as my wife just started having the same pain...very strange.


libido has been normal ever since I started sustain.



Diet was pretty bad this weekend, but I don't feel any worse for wear (mirror seems to have improved possibly). Not sure what happened, I guess the holiday season has more treats laying around. French toast for breakfast, egg nog with rum at night, some sort of chex mix treat - chocolate, peanut butter, and dusted in confectionery sugar - that is way too good.


A few friends were commenting out of the blue on how much larger I look, and were very impressed.:)

yep, she dropped it, broke the screen. I might replace the screen at some point, but for now I just ordered a new laptop (merry christmas...).

I hit some great deadlift PRs today.


I might end this run friday, as that will leave me enough 1-T left to do another run of it. I'm leaving saturday morning for florida and won't have access to weights for 1 week. Trying to weigh the pros/cons of going 6 weeks: As I understand it, longer cycles help you retain your gains, but might be slightly harder to recover from. Since 1-T is expensive, saving some for a second cycle might be better than one 6 week cycle? Any feedback on this ?

14lbs is good go ahead and save it especially if you can't work out for a week. You should still try and do body weight exercises though or something even if you dont' have access to weights

Definitely end it here, although 4 weeks seems to me to be short of ideal. Anabolics don't do you any good if you can't workout, so you'd basically be wasting a week's worth of product. Plus, 14 lbs and PRs in several lifts = a damn good cycle. If I get the same I will jizz my pants in excitement :lol:

One thing to consider - retaining gains in PCT. I don't remember what you have planned for PCT, but not being able to work out as you come off is, well, not so good. You should try and hit a gym at least twice for 2 full-body WOs, minimum, but preferably get in more frequently and keep your same routine. 14 lbs and great strength gains won't do you any good if they dissappear in 3 weeks. Just my $0.02

I think its wise to end it, common sense helps us realize our priorities. As long as you use the TRS immediately and consistently you should be able to keep your good gains. I think this has been a great run and log! Thanks and a tip of the hat to you, johnyq!

Another new product? I'm excited!

(did I just get a product announcement in my log? sweet :lol: )

I'll end the cycle on Friday. I have 3 workouts left, and I will log all of those. Maybe I can make another PR.

I'll try to collect old pics off my broken laptop and get new ones, and have a conclusion posted friday before I leave for Florida (I can't wait for that 14hour drive....).

It will be non-methylated… and will have a similar structure to tren which will produce similar results. [Ill be able to personaly confirm that in the next week]

:lol: In the interview on super human radio he admitted to not having the time.



So it pains me to share this, but this log is ending poorly. I had a christmas party last night for my "fun" side job. It was a huge to do, and a lot of really good beer was poured (and food). I thought it was just going to be dinner and I would go to the gym afterwards. Well not only did I not workout last night, but the beer put a hurting on me, and my performance in the gym today was miserable. No reason to really even log it.

(It was worth it btw :lol:)

So thats my update. I'll hit my last gym session tomorrow and attempt to conclude the log while I pack for my trip.

well I'm done. Had a fun last workout tonight.


I appreciate all the support, it definitely kept me pushing just a little bit harder. You guys rock :)

Negative Side effects
I had a constant battle with acne. I am prone, but its not ever like this. It was mostly contained to the face though.

Had some strange warm flushes for the first 2 weeks or so. It was theorized it might be unrelated.


Positive side effects
Mood overall was really great. A few bouts with being surly, but I don't feel it was anything atypical.

muscle pump and fullness was the best I have experienced. I did have a few experiences with painfull pumps however.

Focus at the gym was high.


Final statements
I have never gained more than 2-3 pounds in a month, and have never weighed over 186.

It has to be obvious what I feel about this. This run was phenomenal. 1-t obviously works for me . I will run this again, or whatever product PP has up his sleeve that is similar, in fact if I can ever swing it I will buy a 6 pack.


Only negative I can think of is that it is expensive. I think if you calculate ancillaries into an oral cycle, you might be surprised how 1t compares however. I'll leave that up for you to decide.


I have started my primordial TRS stack, and will report how I feel during PCT and how much of the gains I keep.


I've decided not to post pics, I hope you guys don't kill me for this, but I don't feel comfortable at this state and with how high profile this log has become. Apologies to those that were relying on them for a conclusion (And remember, this is my own log, I have no affiliation to PP, so don't flame me too bad). Suffice to say I look a lot bigger and fuller, but still retain fat that I had before the cycle. So overall, I look way better than I started. However, as a lesson others out there, I should have cut before hand....I guess I got excited, no regrets :)

Like I said in the log, I had friends that were commenting and were very impressed with the amount of muscle I put on.

Great log. Disappointed by the lack of follow-up pics, but totally understand. It seems like this is an excellent product and one I will definately look into in the future. Be sure to not cut too much during PCT so that you don't loose the lean muscle gains.
