It looks to be UG designed to appear “Pharma”. That’s not to say it isn’t of good quality (I’ve never seen the brand), but it’s not manufactured by a pharmaceutical company.

I’m not super familiar with TRT clinics, but I suppose it could be a compounding pharmacy type of deal. Basically they’re somewhere between a UG and a legitimate doctor script.
