What is your goal with the diet?
To be a complete ballin'-gangsta.


To focus on some real lean muscle growth. Instead of doing just a super heavy bulk, I'm really focused on eating only what's completely necessary to grow. I'm not trying to overdo anything. I've learned my lesson in that respect. I'd really like to add some LBM, but I am still focused on fat loss in certain areas which is why I'm really trying to incorporate HIIT into my cardio training. I think it's already helping me out in the midsection where I hold most of my extra weight.

Yeah, the midsection is always the last to lose fat. What do you currently weigh, if you don't mind I'll suggest a little change to your macro numbers. They do look good though.

I weigh 168ish right now. Maybe 169-170.

Perhaps increase your fats (nuts, coconut, flax, olive oil, egg yolks etc) and decrease carbs. You don't seem to have too much fat in your diet, only 5%, any particular reason for that ?

I screwed up?

Increasing fats is probably the easiest thing to do, so consider it done. I did forget to add that I cook my asparagus in a pan with olive oil, so there is probably another 10g or so that I simply didn't list.

Part of the reason I typed it all up in the first place was because I knew there was at least one flaw in it and I wasn't quite sure what it was until I saw it in front of me.

I'll add in some almonds and some more PB. That should take care of it.

Well your caloric baseline is about: 2,380-2,550 cal,since your trying to do a "lean bulk,while losing fat" I guess we will just with 2,600 calories.

So for Macros:
Protein:238g (1.4g/lb)
CHO:335g (What ever calories that haven't been alloted to Protein and Fats,leaving us with 1,340 cals for carbs)
Fats:43g (.25% calorie allotment)

Total Cals: 2,679

Of course these are just my suggestions, if you don't trust them or think they sound off thats fine, just suggesting :) if you want any other help with it( go into more detail ) please PM me!

Funny that, I was just about to post that the fats should be at least 20% of the total cals, just my thought as well ;)

Yup depending on goals and body type they should be any where from .17-28%

Yeah bro diet looks good but up the fats, all healthy and you will continue to grow nice and lean..just add a whole pig into the equation and your set..

I took 3 doses on 2 of the 6 or so days i've been on the product. Those days were friggin dangerous. All I have to say is DO NOT catch a glimpse of that new Brittney video where she's naked when taking 3. Just don't do it.

It is for that reason that I am so looking forward to logging this stuff...
This is only my 2nd T boost type product i'm ever trying but it's insane. Blue Gene also had very good libido boost for me...but I don't know that Blue Gene boosted IC's libido much. I think he said he didn't notice all that much change. I think 911 might boost me just slightly more...but they were both pretty wild in that respect for me.

I was missing meals messing around with her, and she was beginning to take things between us waaaaay too seriously. I really don't have time for a relationship right now, and she was kinda smothering me. I have no problem being committed to one person, but I need my space. Right now I'm just not willing to let anything get in the way of my training.

I dunno. I guess I'm a ****.

This libido is seriously insane. I was just watching the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and was getting turned on by April.

On top of it, last night, girls in my class that I normally wouldn't even consider were turning me on. At one point in class I just started laughing because it was so bad.

I sit next to this one chick that's pretty cute and fun, but the dude she's talking with is in there as well. He's a nice guy so I can't knock on him, but it's definitely just the fact that he has lots of money. The three of us went out last night after class and I swear for every ten smiles I get out of her, the other dude gets one...I digress...

...sometimes I'll look at her in class and I just have a big grin and stare her down and she TOTALLY knows what's going through my head. So far I haven't acted on it.

I totally feel you on this one. I really think it's important now for me to find a woman that is real understanding on the diet issue, especially the timing of my meals. Preferably I'll find one that is the same way as me.

How much older was she? I think you said a while back but I've forgotten. I used to be real into older women, but then I started realizing anyone past 31 or 32 wasn't very practical for me, seeing how I'm only 21. I don't date just to date, so I like to view any relationship as having the possiblity of marriage. I can't date a woman that's 43 because there is no way I'm going to marry her. I'll be turning 30 and she will be 53. Screw that.

She's 43! That was also a bit much for me as well. I mean, she's hot, and she's fit, and she's sweet, and she totally digs me, but I just don't see myself dating someone that much older than me. I wouldn't feel comfortable introducing her to my parents as my girlfriend, ya know? 'Hey mom, dad, this is my girlfriend _____, and she's practically your age!' Ummmm... No.

In other news, I had a dentist appointment yesterday, and it was like 4 blocks from George Washington University. After my appointment I decided to walk back to my office instead of taking the metro, and I walked through the campus and past the dorms just before lunchtime and HOLY CRAP!!! Chicks!! Everywhere!! Instant wood! :blink: Yup, that's right. I was popping wood just looking at all these random, young girls walking by. There were so many hot girls!! I felt like a 15 year old kid watching his first porno! It was sick!

Ideally I'd like to meet someone within the 25-32 year age bracket, but again, priorities. It would have to be someone who works out, eats correctly, and understands my bodybuilding needs as well. Basically, if I can meet the American version of dragonfly I'll be set. :lol:

If a girl doesn't support you in your goals, whatever they may be, she isn't for you. This goes both ways though - you need to support her, but too often these days people are like "just accept me the way I am!" No, I'm sorry, that's not how life is - you learn, you grow, you improve, and if you teach each other - that's what support and love is.

Edit: in other words, if she hinders or doesn't like your fitness goals and dedication, tough for her.

Speaking of the DC area, last time I was there I went to Georgetown and wandered down some alley and ended up in the most amazing jazz bar I had ever been to. I also had some great dinner there; ordered the salmon. I think I was the only white dude in there.
