Hello World,
This is my 2nd cycle and I was hoping to get some insight on if this would be a good cycle to follow?
I am just looking for decent gains and nothing to extreme on my body.
Gender: Male
Age: 25
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 180lbs
Cycle Information
WEEKS 1 - 4
Alpha-1 MAX - 2 caps daily - 1 morning & 1 night
Advanced Cycle Support - 4 caps daily (taken at least 3hrs separate from the Alpha-1 Max) - 2 morning & 2 night
PCT
WEEKS 5 - 8
E-Control 2.0 rx - Take one (1) capsule three (3) times daily in divided doses per day, with food.
Use in cycles of 4 to 6 weeks taking at least 2 to 4 weeks off in between cycles.
Diet
High protein and carb / calorie cycling
- Breakfast (4 Eggs & Half sirloin steak)
- Snack #1 (Yogurt with granola mix & fruit)
- Lunch (2 Chicken breast with broth & steamed veggies, Protein shake)
- Snack #2 (Fruit drink consisting of 8 carrots, 5 apples, 4 oranges, 4 kale leaves, 1/3 pineapple) Good for digestive system*
*I work over nights 5 days a week*
- Late meal #1 (Chicken salad with low-fat ranch)
- Late meal #2 (1 Chicken breast with broth & steamed veggies, Protein shake)
Goals
Lean bulk 8-12 lbs
Other daily supplements taken 2 times per day
2 - Fish Oil 1000mg
1 - Shark Cartilage 750mg
1 - Multivitamin 3500IU (Adults under 50)
1 - Zinc 50mg
1 - Potassium Gluconate 595mg
1 - Vitamin D3 400IU, Vitamin A 700IU
1 - Melatonin 5mg
