I was tired today. Trying to feel out how strong I'm getting which is why I had so much volume on some of the lifts. I had the girl spot me on the 115 incline. She is a fitness model. Calling her ms olympia might be a bit misleading. Anyways, it felt light but i had problems keeping it steady... not sure if it was light b/c she was there encouraging me on or bc I'm actually getting stronger :lol:
