DAY 12: (SHOULDERS)Energy/endurance was way better today than yesterday.I'm still tryn to find the right combination of time and diet to get mot out of these HYPERTROP'S. Well work out looked like this today:
ARND.PRESS 3X10
INCLINE SHOULDER PRESS 3X10
MILITARY PRESS 3X10
BB SHRUGS 3X10
DB SHRUGS 3X10
OVER-HEAD BB PRESS 3X10
I also did a few others,but these are usually my main stay.Like i said today enery was way up hopefully 2-marrow i'll get more of the same.
