I love chest day!
i will admit it is my favorite day also... of course i love every workout for diff reasons
legs = calve raises
back = db rows
chest = bench
them are probably my 3 favorite workouts rightnow, but that will probably change with my numbers

Nice back workout man. Those 1 arm DB rows are sick....The only thing is. I see NO DEADLIFTS!!!!!!!!!!!Im doing back in about an hour I alway ususally start with deads or barbell rows. Maybe Ill start with 1 arm rows to switch it up a bit.

deadlifts are great for strength, ive always seen it as a very explosive whole body tension kind of thing and only do them rarely,... just not my favorite probably wont be lol i dont like the dead lift
but i guess soooner or later ima have to do them

Because alcohol dehydrates you, sometimes, you can wake up dry as hell and feeling like a CK underwear model. Some of my leanest mornings have been after a hardy night of partying, just don't do it TOO much, otherwise, you'll wake up looking like a Walmart plus size model.

i upped the dose on htx and I DO GET THE TINGLE
its exciting, never felt it before...
T2 is a good fathburner 5/5 and thats said with only like 5 days left

Hypertrop x gets the 5/5.
I think I still have half a bottle left and I've been dosing
Only wo days for 4 weeks, and after that till now
I upped the dose by two caps so its 6 caps pre wo
And 2 on off days
And I still have a good bit left!

I recomend that if you do not get a tingle numb feeling in parts of your body simply up the dosage and it will come!

Just take into account your experience, age, and fervor for building muscle, and i time you'll come to a educated well developed decision you can feel comfortable with.

i had already decided to do a ph cycle this winter but then i kinda moved away from it, i dont have a hard on for natty or anything, its just right now i feel like i am not even yet in my prime and i am building strength and muscle rather fast for myself
since this christmas passed i have added
70+ pounds to my bench
50+ to my sqaut
and other lifts
and i mean those arent big overnight numbers but they are satisfying, when i hit that ultra i hate this platue i will set up a ph
plan but it must be air tight for me to go though u know

Very great log! I too feel the same way about AT2... no energy pre-se, but my heart rate is up WHILE training, and I feel as though it helps to keep fat gain at bay while taking more calories in. I take 4 caps per day.

I didn't really get heading but I also did do 6 caps/day. I do like at2, and I sweated non stop also

Sometimes, the sweat was so bad, I would wake up while sleeping because of it... so the half life must be pretty long. That isn't a bad thing though! :)

I remember taking cold showers a few times cuz I would get so hot during a hot one that I'd sweat for like 30 minutes after I got out, need a new shower that way lol
