Studhorse has said HST is designed to bulk... I bet if you ate at maintenance or slightly above you'd shred the fck up and still gain LBM.

It can be used in a cut, just drop the 15s and extend the 5s as long as you can and I tend to take a week deload during the 5s and then carry on.
