For me, I thought the 10 rep weeks were the toughest. Not sure why, but I did.
The first weeks were the worst but Ive never done this before. It's a major divergence from my 3 on 1 off. Almost reverted.

I like this HST. I think... :D

For me, I thought the 10 rep weeks were the toughest. Not sure why, but I did.
Week 5-6 when I do 3x for 16 exercises. Mainly the time it takes. Takes me 3 hrs+ to finish.
And if I make it to week 8 the full body drop sets kill me.

No HST on Friday (too tired) Saturday / Sunday due to Christmas, and will begin week 6 on Monday.

Going to hit the gym tomorrow, and may even lift some weights. (Mostly lower body) will work on the shoulders light.

Considering one more week of HST then decondition, and either start again with HST or go with something else 3 on 1 off, or maybe PHAT, which I have seen tossed around, but have yet to investigate. Anyone have a nice spreadsheet on it?

booneman77 has a great template for both a 5 and 6 day PHAT program. He is cool enough to send it out to anyone that wants to look it over.

Sounds good - just isometric stretching is good enough for me in "decondition", and I usually feel not only better but surprisingly stronger afterwards.

Might look at another HST. Gains increase at a higher rate as you continue with the HST.
Use this time to look at where you need to improve and add a extra exercise to hit those areas a little extra. I.E.: add a extra set or 2 this go round.
