We all start somewhere! Just stick with your diet, lift and get the appropriate amount of rest and you'll have great results!

Definitely we all start somewhere brother, being further from your goal just means you can still attain results at s good rate if you train, eat, and sleep smart.
What are your end goals for this run?

It would be nice if I could keep 8 or 10 lbs of muscle.

Ok yea , I'm looking at 3000
Macros are highly individual for what works better for you. Protein is of course high, protein synthesis will be better on cycle. 1g/lb. at least.
My intake is about 1.5 g/ lb. to stay lean.

Fats and carbs are at your discretion. at least some amount if each, keep at least 50 g fats as they will help with hormones, lubricate joints and make it easier on you, etc.

For a recomp example 40/40/20 pro/carb/fat

Will you be using protein powders?

If we have a macro setup we could show a cookie-cutter meal plan

Yea I'm doing protein powder on my cycle. That's what I mix my cycle support with.

There are several calculators based on a variety of factors (such as height, weight, level of exercise, body type, etc.). Many are avialable on line. I'll see if I can find one.

Edit: Here is are two very basic tools -- Calorie Calculator

Although there are many much more complex tools, most will wind up in the same ballpark, or close to it.

We aren't talking about splitting hairs, just figuring out about where you should be.

Myfitnesspal.com is a great (and free) online tool that will help track "actuals". Its pretty flexible and you can pull from a long list of food in their D/B.

I believe I would reduce carbs (from what MFP suggests) and go higher on good fats and protein, but that is my approach (your mileage may vary).

I will third the suggestion to use Myfitness pal, on a smart phone is most convenient although on a computer on a browser works too.

I feel outta the loop lol I use fat secrets calorie counter. Rest up, eat big and go smash on some weights

The day off was good, I slept good and ate like crazy! Felt a little tight all over but it was a good feeling. Not really any DOMs, soreness is mild and only lasts that day so .... Nice!
Lol was kinda bored & kept wanting to lift but took the break any ways.

Hello all.
Day 8 , super tired & worn out. Didn't lift yesterday cuz I felt like I was getting sick or something. Second day since I started my cycle that I didn't lift. Felt guilty.
DAY 9 today..... Woke up with some pain in my lower back on the right side, feels like a kidney. I hope not! Not sure what a back pump feels like since I've never had one but I hope that's all it is. Not sure if I can get back pumps from Halo X.
I drank a beer 24oz on Sunday not sure if I was supposed to do that on cycle.
Any thoughts ??

Beer is usually not recommended but liver toxicity is a bit overhyped. Just don't overdo it. In the past when I used to drink more I actually had 3-4 quite often on an SD/Mentabolan cycle. Used Alpha lipoic acid and urine stayed crystal clear and I felt perfect. After doing that I no longer believe you can kill your liver on a 4-6 week cycle unless 1:you do insanely stupid amounts of toxic stuff, 2:you are not blessed with a liver made of titanium, 3:you don't drink much water. Alcohol is good for you in small amounts like 12 ounces. Just look at the facts. Tylenol is worse. Alcohol keeps blood from clotting and the carbs post workout from a lite beer will not kill you.

Consistently drinking or drinking to get drunk, yes.

Put as little unneeded extra stress on your liver/organs as possible just to be safe

I believe it is a far better approach for you to abstain from alcohol and instead to buy alcohol for those contributing to this thread.

I'll look for double-blind studies supporting this.

Lol....cool it makes better sense to me now .... Yea stupid I phones.
Um the water thing I'm drinking a little more than 100 oz a day.
It a lot better all ready , it was hurting when is lean forwards.
Can you get back pumps on one side only?

It seems to me that I get them worse on one side. Or have in the past. But my vertebrae tend to spin a bit causing my spine to be misaligned. I just twist and pop my back every and it pretty much stays OK.

Rule of thumb as to water intake: Your weight/2 = # of ounces of water you should drink.

This is my first log so sorry if it's kinda crappy everyone. At the end of my cycle I'll recap & fill in what ever I missed & may have changed throughout the cycle.
I thought you might be on TRT when you said in one of your posts that you were doubling up on your patches, I just wanted to be sure. No need for PCT with TRT. Get big brother.

Hey ,sup caz. I'm still working it. Visually the gains are good. I can totally see a difference. Unfortunately I didn't take any measurements before I started, but the mirror doesn't lie. I started at 184lbs & I'm at an average of 19lbs so...... Cool. Getting in 12 hours of sleep when I can.
I kinda wanted to step it up a notch here the last 4 weeks. Any advice? Would it be cool to bump my dose to 100mg of Halo for the last 4weeks or add something else?

You can bump the dose. Increased dosage usually is accompanied with more sides (high/er blood pressure, back/calf pumps, acne- not saying this WILL happen, just giving you a heads up)

May need to increase your cycle support to alleviate any sides you may get.

I wouldn't use stim based pre workouts because of BP. Aminos, creatine and any other staple is fine

Omg dudes.
Yesterday was the end of my 3rd week, today being the 1st of my 4th week.
Last week I started increasing my dose to 100 mg per day & damn .... First few days were cool but then started getting really depressed.. Kinda messing with my head a little. I did manage to stay on track with my doses but a far as work outs went it was a kinda light week.
I feel really good this week & am going to try my hardest these last 3 weeks.

Keep at it. You're one designer steroids, so keep the diet right, train and let the product do it's job :)

As for the mind cloud/depression feeling, you may need to adjust the dose again. Lower it back to 75mg... Just a thought.
