What log does he have now. Man I guess I need to look around. Lol and I am intetested in the 550 as well.
My next LOG will not be until after the 1st of the year, but like I described in my old Hallow-Lean LOG, it is going to be a FINAFLEX SUPER-CYCLE!!!

The Plan is to run 12 wks of the new FINAFLEX 550-XD at 2 caps/day with the 1st 6wks being coupled with 1-ANDRO and the last 6wks being coupled with EPI-V. So it will be like the 550-XD is my base and the 1st six weeks will be both bulking and dropping fat, then the last 6wks will be all about just shredding it down to the bone to be LEAN & MEAN for Summer-Time!!!

Yah EPI-V is the best finishing touch for any cycle, I mean you want to end up hard and lean right. I would be looking closely at what AL's doing that is sort of what I have been thinking as well.

This workout seems to be effective, Im feeling great pumps after each session, but the truth will be in the progress pics!! I may do one more update with pics then wait until the end of the cycle for the final update. Im definitely seeing noticeable striations in my upper legs, and my arms have never been more vascular! I am still battling the belly fat, but its a push and pull for me. I still haven't found what my body needs to get to the next level wether it be different macros, more cardio, etc.

Physique is looking better than ever. I am really challenging myself to stay clean with my nutrition as it is the biggest factor in rendering positive results. The weekends are alway a challenge, but this is the final push with Epi-V to see what it can really do.
