Comment: This is where I hurt myself. . .I will say that I had a minor strain in the mid back. . I happen to power through this work out but I have learned when going this heavy on any movement will take my time going up in weight and NEVER EVER WILL I BRING MY HEAD DOWN! :22:

Vascularity - 8/10 - Veins were blowing even after first dose
Sleep - 7/10 - not to bad i think once the body gets use to it i'll be good
Muscle Density - 6/10 no noticable difference yet
Libido - 11/10 - :hump:
