Layoffs are BS. My dad got let go 2 yrs before retirement... They closed this plant down over here and he was one of the last few ensuring the safety of the closure and demo. Over twenty yers and bam, right up the ass...

On a different point, I'm MLB all the way. Nothing else comes close to baseball

Yeah, we have a lot of people who've worked 20-30 years hoping they get to stay few more years to make it to retirement. If the CEOs share the pain, I would be OK with it. Unfortunately they get to leave with those golden parachutes.

I love playing ball. Down to softball now. Can't play hard ball anymore. Haha. Do you play or fan of a team ?

First noodz taken this morning. Tan from softball blurs the arms a bit. Still soft, but muscle shape starting to come back. Fist placed strategically to cover my belly. :)

Adding another Achilles to make daily total to be 6 per day. Upping fish oil by 1 as well. Shoulders are bothering me a bit. I definitely need to break up the upper body with legs somewhere in between to give my shoulder joints a break.

Another good day of workouts. Starting to get better pump each day and veins during workouts are ridiculous. A lot of sweating today. Not sure if it is due to M-sten or due to weather. Felt great whatever the reason.

No signs of noticeable strength increase yet.

Visually, muscles are definitely rounding into shape and there is a difference in the mirror. No boobs yet or sensitive nipples. Watching that carefully, just in case.

Legs tomorrow then break on Thursday for softball.

No change in weight from yesterday. Snacked on some chicken sausages and ezekiel bread with peanut butter before I started my commute.

Appetite is still status quo.

Shoulder pain is still there. Hope the break from upper body work does the trick.

I usually don't have issues there so I didn't note it as a major difference, but stamina has been slightly above average. No issues with energy or having to catch my breath. I am observing the burns to see if lactic acid build up is preventing me from finishing a set. No major difference there yet either.

Weird appetite. Don't know..... Made some guacamole with jalapeños, grilled some chicken and dipped chicken into the guacamole. More salmon, Ezekiel bread, chicken sausage, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, black beans and quinoa.

Workout
None.

Will pull double duty tomorrow packer style. Softball + leg day. Shoulder is still bothering me so I am resting it one more day. I know leg day doesn't affect shoulders directly, but I couldn't imagine loading it up and squatting. Let my GF go to town on getting the knots out. It was painful and I am thinking I also have a mild sprain in my joints. Will continue with higher Achilles and fish oil dosing. This will not affect lifting. It's definitely related to inclines on chest day so I will have to find a replacement. My ankles are getting a little tender as well. Just an observation and not a show stopper.

I definitely feel bigger even though I gained just 2 lbs. My pants fit the same way, so I am happy at this point.

Skin is getting really oily. I am making it a point to wash my face several times a day. I definitely feel warmer as well and now I know it's not just the weather.

Muscle hardness is still present and it seems to be the easiest result to see. Really good for feeling confident. Sometimes, so many things you do are affected by your state if mind and confidence begets results.

1/3 of the way in this run and I should start to see more of what M-sten RX can do. I think the next 7 days are going to be key.

Revised outlook to stay on track.

That is a strange dip for chicken! My appetite has been insane the last few days as well. Careful with that shoulder bro!

Leg work was done in higher reps and in slow controlled reps. I feel like I have to watch movement more than ever as risk for injury is higher in my opinion. Joints are tender and dry and now I am getting Agmatine like pumps. I pulled my muscles several times just stretching. Need to be on high alert.

I have been stating that muscle hardness was the first effect seen. Oily skin is definitely second. It is not letting up no matter how many times I wash my face. Strange though. No breakouts for few days. Muscle pumps have definitely come on in the last few days. I had few minor instances of pulled muscles that I had to stretch out of.

The leg work was easier than expected. Signs of strength increase ? Can't confirm yet.

Libido is STRONG right now. GF is very happy !!!

Upping my fish oil again and will up Achilles to 6 per day. Also adding another gallon of water to daily regimen. Hope these help combat joint issues.

We've been to Aruba, Bahamas and Mexico. Always wanted to goto Jamaica but let the media affect our judgement. About how dangerous it is outside resort area. We tend to rent a car and venture out. Definitely on our list for next trip outside US.

Appetite is still in check, but definite signs of T increase otherwise. Thanks for the confirmation. I think M-Sten RX is having a positive affect on me as well. The next 2 1/2 weeks should be fun.

Shouldn't deter me from my back workout tonight. Tomorrow is softball, so another natural break to rest it. Sunday will be shoulder day then leg in Monday and Chest on Tuesday. If this schedule does not improve it, then I may need to rest it further.

I gotta stop being stubborn and get smith inclines off my routine. It definitely caused it. Unfortunately now I can't do any chest presses or Flyes without pain. Will search the Internet for appropriate replacement. Maybe I need to get one of those electro stimulation thing !!! Haha.
