I will see how I feel during PCT but that's the plan for now. Will go some research to see what symptoms are related to liver weakness.
I think the three ingredients I am taking now, or a 'strain' of them are in it.. just keep your eye on your BP!

You have no changes in BP at all during Msten? Perhaps I should give that a go next. I gotta admit though, Matt and you both have me super interested in Reaper.... Thinking September..

First time using ps liquid clomid.

Strength increase OK. Did see improvements but I believe it's due to having better aerobic capacity to push through then having an anabolic effect from Msten.

Like you mentioned with having kids and work it's hard to be able to have food all made up and ready for the week. I need to get back to doing it full time. Definitely interested in this fumoney reaper run!

FU video makes a return. Just killed legs and I was able to video my 11th set of leg press.

Max set at 765x8 with 5 drops sets at min 5 reps each. Video cut out on last drop set.

Will post tonight.

Did not work out yesterday. No softball today due to bad field condition from rain so I worked legs.

Ya feel me !!!

Nice Leg press numbers. I haven't done any leg presses since I was in high school, so I don't know where my numbers are. I will be getting in them this week though. My brother has thrown them into our leg day, Tuesday I think.
11 sets is impressive.

Sort of cheated today. Went to all you can eat restaurant and went to town on sushi. Not even sure if the macros are correct for today. I know there was a lot of carbs from rice.

The last set will never be perfect in form unfortunately as I try to squeeze out what ever strength and Energy I have remaining. Video will follow. Higher reps to build pyramid had made a huge difference in creating pumps on thighs and hams. I always try to get the most out of full ROM, so my arms are always there for support if needed to catch myself from going too far below 90 degrees.

Thanks drew. It wasn't the greatest form wise. I had to sling it a bit as I was getting cramps on my forearms and my grip was going already.

Didn't mind since it was my 5th set at that weight.

Antipasti, salad, sunday dinner with gravy, Italian rice balls, cannoli, chicken patties, chicken sausages and lean beef.

Had to go almost all lean beef and chicken throughout the day to be able to have an awesome Sunday dinner at an Italian restaurant. It was so damn good.

For you non-jersey folks, gravy is red pasta sauce. Usually homemade, but I ordered it at a restaurant.

Haha...hockey stuff is in my closet. Only have orange and black. Rooting for Bruins though now that you don't have that psycho Tim Thomas on your team. You know I could never root for Hawks. Still have Michael Leighton nightmares.
