not just because i'm with the company that I say this Tom, but -
it tickles me on a personal level that you are experiencing such good & extensive things with this..
knowing you a little bit from this forum, I know the feedback is genuine, and to be able to watch you thrive in these aspects you mention and have struggled with in past times, is really pretty damn neat
cheers my friend

Very awesome. I'm glad G8 is working wonders for you not only in the sleep category but in others as well T. Seems the wife might need to get a recurring G8 order put in place for you :)

i rep for bps, but we have no comparable product to G8, so i have already decided to make G8 my goto sleep aid...my only question is, how long can you run G8 for?

Personally I've gone as long as two months with the five on two off cycle and didn't notice and change in sleep patterns or tolerance. A two week hiatus after a month would be a good practice just to keep a fresh perspective on things though.

if you stick to the 5on/2off cycle religiously, should be able to go 10-12 weeks no problems at all
then, follow with a 2-4 week break

conversely, if you were to dose every day:
30-45 days would be about the extent (45 MAX), before a 4 week break is required

personally I prefer the longer protocol dosing patterns, hands down..no comparison
tolerance never seems to become an issue in this fashion

night 12:

slept good...feel good...life is good!!!

going back to even before high school days, i have been an avid tennis player. i grew up next to a park in the 70's, the days of McEnroe/connors/borg/ashe, tennis was a big thing in those days!!! anyway, being fit is a major part of playing tennis, so i have learned over the years to actually enjoy cardio. running outdoors or on a treadmil for an hour or more is not uncommon for me, even today. i have a terrible diet, and with low blood sugar i not only love carbs but require them. one of the things i enjoy about cardio is at the 30 minute mark, or somewhere in that ballpark, i get what is called a runners high...i guess you could compare it to being in the zone, all i know is that i like it....

so now we get to the point...i have been mixing .5 scoop of G8 with my full scoop of speedx3 pre cardio workout. i do not recommend this for weight training, just cardio. what this has been doing is making the endorphin rush that causes runners high to occur sooner with more intensity. this truely adds enjoyment and pleasure to something that could be considered boring and mundane. i like this effect so much that i thought i would share!!!

even though i am rare and actually enjoy cardio[most days], this really adds to it, for me anyways.

for those who don't like cardio, this might just be the ticket!!!

No problem man. A perfect example is my back. Lately after I returned from afghan (and begun lifting heavy in my new bulk) my upper back has been knoting up on me at night. It has really killed my sleep. Its just scar tissue buildup and toxins trapped from muscle breakdown BUT the intensity I lift at makes it worse. I had to schedule a deep tissue massage this weekend to fix it.

Just shows how little things like a solid nights sleep effects your life in tremendous ways from mood, sense of wellbeing, muscle recovery and general body health.

So glad you are totally winning at sleep right now big guy lol.

sleep continues to be deep...occassionally i will get up to pee, but very rarely is it more than once. when i do get up, sleep returns quickly. i am still at original dose of 1 scoop, i am impressed that i haven't had to increase dosage to maintain same results.

tonight and tomorrow night will be 'off' nights, following 5 on 2 off protocal. i will miss G8 on 'off' nights, but feel it's worth it to keep effects rockin.

Exactly freakin this. You would be AMAZED at how many people complained about the original being OVER dosed. I'd rather a powder supp be stronger then weaker. It just amazes me how many guys would keep pounding back a full scoop and bitch without ever notching back the serving size.

Look I understand that normally a serving size of most companies products isn't going to get the job done for a lot of us.

FINAFLEX isn't most companies. Hence half a scoop of the old G8 and half a scoop of Stimul8. We don't fk around here gents. We don't cut corners and we don't skimp on the goods.

Can I take it hit and miss, meaning sporadically, or is it better to take on the 5/2 protocol? Does it actually have cumulative effects? I'm asking bc I think I would better prefer to take it now and then if it would work that way.

And if it does, does it have any dangerous possibilities if withdrawal? I have never used pheni but heard some horror stories. Home much pheni is in 1 scoop?

Also, does it have a relaxation effect that hits you, or is it more of just a sleep aid?

Thanks

Yes you can take it sporadically. I myself do this in a somewhat three in three off type style depending on work.

Some users have noted cumulative effects on sleep quality over time. I myself have not though.

With any supplement there is always a possibility of adverse side effects of course. But with that said, as long as you follow recommended dosage and protocol you should not have any problems at all.

Only when you get into the higher doses of phenibut for extended periods of time will you notice those horror stories you speak of.

Yes the phenibut in G8 is know for its relaxation promotion. Also G8 doesn't knock you out per say.. it relaxes you into sleep is the best way to explain it.

That's the original. The new formula has a yellow trim to it instead of green.

Either way they work awesome. If you DO get the one you posted a pic of start with no more then half a scoop. Try a half the first night and you might even go to a quarter or a third of a scoop.

The taste of the original is nothing to write home about.....but it works.

There is a slight difference.

The serving size of the original formula was cut in half for the new one. Also L-Dopa was removed and other ingredients bumped up a tad.

IMO it's a noticeable change though....I get a bit more of the heaviness in my chest with the new formula (probably an increase in GABA) but sleep quality and longevity remain the same. Also the rare sleep hangover I would get is no longer there.

Montana answered you well here..
only thing I will chime in on is: yes I do notice a difference in "feeling" between the new/old formulas
kinda tough to describe and isolate, but in a nutshell I do not get quite the relaxed feeling/contented orientation I used to get previously as I consumed it...but on the other hand I fall asleep quicker, stay asleep longer, and sleep actually seems deeper thruout the night
strange, but undeniable

No word yet on the Black Friday sales in our end. I'm sure something will be in the works though.
