Hello all! This is my log of PES Alphamine. Been about 2 years or more since I've logged on AM. But I'm glad to be back.
As some of you know and for you that don't, I am a performing artist. My day consists of jumping around and lifting women from 8:30 to 5 tues through Sat. So my gym time is limited to mon, tues, thurs, fri for about 1 hour. I am versed in most bodybuilding routines and for most of my experience i was always trying to gain muscle. But since reaching a high standard for strength in my profession, i have since changed my focus to cutting. My favorite lifting program is DC, but will be incorporating high volume and some crossfit based workouts to boost metabolism. My job is my cardio and I rarely get on the elliptical.

Weight 160
BF 14%
Goals:
Weight 156
BF 9%
Had my first dose of Alphamine this morning 20min before breakfast and got a big jolt of focus and had decent appetite suppression. Like I didn't have to eat if I didn't want to. Good taste to the fruit punch flavor that I received. Mixed easily as well.
Breakfast was:
1 whole egg + 3 egg white
2 pieces of buttered homemade sourdough bread with strawberry jam
Macros: 30/60/20
Calories: 540
