I'll tell you split leg squats showed me just how unstable my legs are but with that being said I liked the feeling of them. Just pretty humbling when you only do it with a couple 15 lb. DBS. I have noticed more definition all around. Libido still up
. Strength is still growing. Weight is still staying around 177-178 lbs.
