I know I promised a video of my bench but my partner flaked on me. ( seems to be doing that more and more with the nicer weather). Will try another time. I'll tell you split leg squats showed me just how unstable my legs are but with that being said I liked the feeling of them. Just pretty humbling when you only do it with a couple 15 lb. DBS. I have noticed more definition all around. Libido still up :). Strength is still growing. Weight is still staying around 177-178 lbs.
Btw thanks to sweetlou and Rodja from the advice. I'm sure it will go a long way to helping me.

Ok my body is like WTF?!?! But I'm loving it. Prime/anabeta still doing their thing. Others have reported body temp increase I can I have had the same. I was chalking in up to our minor heat wave we had this past week. I sweat in my sleep but have noticed it has increased recently. Hunger is still up. Same with libido. Recovery seems better. Ok I do have to confess went to golden corral and made a little pig out of myself but the weird thing I didn't feel stuffed. Not sure what that means.

Yea, not feeling stuffed... Kind of a black hole? That's the feeling I've had.

Haven't felt the body temp increase that a few of you guys have mentioned. I'll see what happens this next week.

Yeah normally after 3 plates it would be roll me out in a wheel barrow but I think I might of been able to put more away.

He!! Of a workout. Like I said before my body is totally like WTF. But so far I'm loving it. Guess I had gotten used to the same ol' same and didn't realize it. I think this routine is really going to make this stack shine my upper body is sore but it also is feeling solid tonight. Libido is still up there. My weight was 179 Saturday a.m. some of that was from my golden corral trip. Hunger is still there. Aggression I'm keeping in check still peeks outs tho.
Like always tips hints suggestion are welcome.

I cut the weight down on deads to work on my form. Also slowed the rep speed and actually let the weight sit for a 2count. Split squats are taking a bit to get use to. Anabeta/prime seems to have really kicked in. Vascularity is really apparent. Several new veins have made appearances. Libido still rocking ;-). All been a hella ride so far.

I appreciate that I wasn't to sure when I first asked him. He's a friend of mine and we were going to the gym at the same time. Mainly I asked because I really needed a spotter and I was trying to keep him from hurting himself by giving him some direction in the gym. He was all over the place no set routine.

I'm taking anabeta 4x a day. One with my oatmeal in the am one with lunch one preWO one postWO with my meal. Prime I was doing 6/9 protocol with sat/sun off with meals. I changed it tho I'm doing a straight 6 a day with sat/sun off. one with breakfast one with lunch and one preWO.

Ok this workout just kinda went to the dogs. I started my good mornings but I just wasn't feeling them so I switched to straight leg deads. I used one of the movable benches to do "box" squats I definitely feel the difference of sitting back. Thanks again Rodja and sweetlou321.
I noticed while getting dressed I have veins starting to make appearances on my legs not bumping up ( yet) but "closer" to the surface. Didn't get a chance to measure over the weekend. I was very busy making two little boys extremely happy by putting up their playset they got for their birthdays.

Now today Monday. Since the previous workouts were loosely based on wendler's 531 I brought the book ( thanks sweetlou) and read up on it. Based on my reading I change up things now that I have a better understanding of Jim's system. I have decided to follow the triumvirate routine. With that said heeeeeeerrrrreeee's the workout.

I have to I'm glad I paid attention to the book and kept the weight light on the assistance work. I felt good leaving the gym even tho I almost started throwing more exercises. I did throw the Ab wheel in tho. Core work is always a good thing ;-)

Now not sure what to attribute this to but my upper body had a hella pump. I mean almost sore. I have had pumps like this but not to this much of my body at once. Ok now the reason behind the exercise day swap. Got to the gym this afternoon and there is a guy doing skull crushers on the only flat bench my gym has :-/ and of there are the smaller benches he could have used. It all good. Sometime some of the workouts come from spur of the moment changes. This seems to be one of those times. This may become a permanent change I'll see how Thursday goes.

Sorry about the post lag life popped in. Lol anyway it is the end of the road for Prime took the last dose tonight. It has been a good run. Now I can see how Anabeta performs alone.
Now to the workouts. Btw I have added assault from Muscle Pharm. As my preworkout and Recon as my post workout. I couldn't help it heard good things about both and C******* Nut****** had a buy one get one sale. I do have one question when did "store" brand become the more expensive product over a "name" brand?

One thing I have to say I have been doing box squat on work set and ATGs for warm ups. It really seems the vascularity is coming along nicely in my legs. Nothing bulging out but they can be seen more ;-)

This starts the last week before deload and if this workout is a preview of the ones to come this week I might actually be ready for it. My shoulders were toast by the end. Dips are giving me fits. One set I go until I can't go any more then next set I get more reps? :conffused:

This is my first workout in anabeta only ;-) pretty decent I was really able to squeeze those PR reps on the assistance work. Had a nice pump going on. Using the rep/max calculation my 1rm should be about 205 ;-). All in all I'm liking both the stack and 531 ;-)

It will be 40, 50, and 60. Thanks I'll have to post some pics up this weekend. Definition is up in my arms as far as I can tell maybe even a slight size increase?

No the prime has run out just anabeta and combustion now. Combustion tends to dampen the black hole feeling.
