I wonder why that is.

i have really hard leg workouts usually consisting of 45-70 minutes of full // squats and when i get home i NEED to release, no gf right now so i have to settle for the bag of old socks but man i feel it flowing through my veins no joke.

That's inspiring. I'm learning that disipline and honest hard work are the bottom line requirements. Since I've been lifting, my routine has become more enjoyable than ever. Not a chore, but something I look forward to. I'm kind of the freak at my gym, since I'm the only female lifter there.
You should use an mp3 player or ipod, otherwise your workout will take forever due to all of the male attention. Wearing headphones gives you an excuse to ignore them... :dunno:

Ohh and about the soy, women do take soy products to increase their bust size. So if you're having trouble getting your chest bigger, supplementing soy into your diet can actually help you gain size in your chest. .

Not off hand but I'll look. As much as this sounds like BS, but my training partner also took a lot of soy based supplements when he was younger, he's only 16 now and his chest is much more developed than mine. Not stronger, but more developed. Soy has some properties that mimic estrogen, so theoretically it should increase chest size in both men and women. But again, I'll look for a source, I don't want to be posting false info.

Estrogen increasing chest size? All that means is it promotes gyno! It has nothing to do with muscle...

Okay, abstaining from sex is really helping me in the gym (strength and stamina), and it helps me in the recovery process as well. I'm feeling less inflammation throughout my back (where I feel it most). My chiropractor even told me he has seen lots of improvement this week, and he said "Whatever you are doing, it's working." On the darker side, my sleep quality is lacking... Always tossing and turning, waking up throughout the night. As much as poor sleep usually effects me, it hasn't effected my performance in the gym. I'm staying very motivated.

That reminds me, my friend gave up beatin his meat for len (or however you spell it) and all that test built up in his system was showing in his workouts while he was abstaining. It makes sense, I mean the more test your body has on hand the more it can help you in your workouts and recovery time. But if you have sex or whack it then your body releases some and needs time to bring the levels back up.

Too bad about last night... and tonight is chest dammit! hahaha

Furthermore, abstaining from sex for too long can result in a LH drop. This will lead to lower testosterone levels. Studies say having sex once a week can maintain normal testosterone levels, it's the 8th day of abstinence that you begin to see declining testosterone.

So after wackin' it every couples of days for two weeks, and then not doing it for a week or more again, I've noticed my sex drive is way up. There is a potential problem with this as I now have a gf, but we are in the early stages...so I feel like being totally promiscuous since she isn't putting out yet. I feel like I'd hit anything as long as it looked good enough...I mean I know I can stop myself, but that's what it feels like.

On another note, I've started doing squats a lot more and...when I get out that last rep, and the 5 seconds or so of intense pain (lactic acid I'm guessing,) I immediately have a sensational of sexual pleasure. Is it because of testosterone production or because I'm probably using muscles in that area and so it feels like it's actually being stimulated? I think it's more neurological as I've never gotten a stiffy after squats or anything. I remember reading a study about a pro boxer they tested his Test levels pre sex and after. After sex his points shot up like 25% from 350ng/Nl to 450 or something to that effect. Of course if you are juicing, doesn't mean squat, but naturally might mean something as far as ejaculate.

Can't find it now, so don't know the time periods and how many draws they did etc...
