First day to the local gym...

Chest:
Flat bench: 2x10 135, 1x8 155, 1x6 175
Incline bench: 2x10 135, 1x8 155
Decline bench: 3x10 155

Triceps:
Skullcrushers: 3x8 75
Tricep extensions: 3x6 65
Weighted dips: 3x20 35

Cardio - pool above gym went to that for an hour

Caloric intake: 1800 @ 40/55/5

Water intake: 1.5 gallons

Energy: 9/10
Appetite suppression: 9/10
Rest: fallin asleep

*really wasnt feeling well when i woke up but the REDuction really helped to keep me going....quick flu epidemic in the house i guess.:sick:
***really wasn't hungry but my dad took me out to red lobster and i couldn't let a plate of atlantic salmon and crab linguini alfredo goto waste :toofunny:

*will implement neovar recomped starting day 15

well i started feelin better in the afternoon but i woke up this morning and felt sicker than a dog...still went to the gym tho. ill post it up in a little while

im really concentrating on the water intake with me running a fever on and off, as for the vitamins ive gone through a gallon of V8 and several fruits.

im not sure yet but 2 of my wisdom teeth came in pretty quick this last week, maybe thats causing my ill feeling.

Couple of things..What are your goals during this log? Also am I understanding right..or did you hammer 90 lb dumbbells? Im certain thats not the case just trying to understand how to read your workouts. Also, it looks like youre not moving the weight (up or down) from set to set. What is your reasoning for this? Also, 1200 cals is verrry low. Even for trying to loose fat. How much do you weigh now?

im at 184. the hammer is a V shaped handlebar machine that u can set the weight with a pin with same motion as bb curls.
im not moving the weight because 1st off i dont have a spotter, 2nd off my goal for this is to increase tone, im focusing mainly on my form rather than the weight.

im at 184. the hammer is a V shaped handlebar machine that u can set the weight with a pin with same motion as bb curls.
im not moving the weight because 1st off i dont have a spotter, 2nd off my goal for this is to increase tone, im focusing mainly on my form rather than the weight.
Very important! Time.Under.Tension rocks

your the 2nd person to tell me that now, how many more? what should i be trying to keep my intake at? cuz im honestly eating whenever im hungry....but i can tell my stomach has shrunk because i cant eat as much when im hungry

Ur wt hasn't been updated in a few days its possible of a change no need to get snappy nickyafterall I did give u that neovar. Also up your carb intake with that neovar.

Yeah I would say 2100-2300 calories. You don't want to be losing any muscle.

Yes if you up the cals, the great thing is REDuction + Blue UP stack should preserve muscle as well. As long as you keep the cardio up the fat should melt off of the muscle :) Keep up the great work!!! :bb3:

not trying to make you look like an ass or anything just trying to understand but you say you did 255lbs for 6 reps on lat pulldowns? Thats A LOT of weight for you man (with strict form).
Is that the machine you did 255 on? or are you confusing it with another machine?

actually i use one that looks more like this

difference is seat is on the inside of that lap bar and the handles are curved
i do them slow but im sure of my weight and the exercise bro. if needed i can do a vid log next time, just let me know

i get home august 6th homie. theres the new weight for ya!!!! woot woot lost 8 lbs in just over 2 weeks and calculated new bf im at 12%

Id up your calories even more.. 8lbs in 2 weeks is too fast, and you are likely losing a good bit of muscle.. JMO.

8 LBS is a good amount and you have decreased your intake significantly from what i know when we hang out haha. You should have worked it down slowly, but those stats sound good. I think i have competition now man...props keep it up. see you on the 6th man. I move into my apartment on the 16th

feeling great today!!! jumped on the scale shot it up to 335 and it settled down at 179.5!!!

Did you really go from 191@13% to 184@12% or was your initial bodyfat estimate low?

If you really did drop that much lean body mass that's not good....

191@13% LBM = 166.17
184@12% LBM = 161.92

That's 4.25 lbs of lean body mass you lost...so you only lost 2.75 lbs of fat...
