Weighted dips: 3x20 35
Cardio - pool above gym went to that for an hour
Caloric intake: 1800 @ 40/55/5
Water intake: 1.5 gallons
Energy: 9/10
Appetite suppression: 9/10
Rest: fallin asleep
*really wasnt feeling well when i woke up but the REDuction really helped to keep me going....quick flu epidemic in the house i guess.
