HCG week 1-10 250 IU/2x week same days as test with insulin syringe
Arimidex week 1-12: 0.25mg EOD maybe bump to 0.50mg if I see any sides of gyno/itchy nipples occur

I've never understood why people automatically include HCG, especially for a simple test cycle of 10 weeks. You don't need it here. Also you don't need to crush 2 SERMs post cycle.

I would bump cycle up to at least 12-14 weeks.

Test takes about 3 weeks to really kick in.

Test E is a longer ester and dosent need to be shot twice a week.
5-7 days usually is good to go.

Enanthate 10.5 days
Sustanon/Omnadren 15 days
Cypionate 12 days
Propionate 3.5 days
Suspension 1 day or less
Phenylpropionate 4.5 days
Isocaproate 9 days
Decanoate 15 days
Undecanoate 16.5 days

I would keep the Arimidex on hand, but you don't necessarily have to start it,
unless you know your prone to gyno.

Ive been able to run Test with no AI and without any estro sides.

Estrogen sides are very user dependent.

PCT
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Test Booster like M-Test

Dont necessarily need to run Nolva too unless its a really suppressive cycle.

What are your goals with the cycle...?

Which is a perfect example of the difference between someone who has made a study of the endocrine system/physio/chem vs someone who regurgitates things they read on the internet.
