Cold hands/feet/nose on EC stack?

I sometimes get this regardless but seems like on EC stack my hands, feet and nose are always cold. My nose isn't usually like this, I assume it's a circulation issue and maybe it's worsened by the vasoconstriction effect EC stack has?

Also, about to go to the gym and taking EC + PES High Volume. Should be a good day :dance:
