yeah ill get pics up tonight too. woke up with a slight bit of pip in my right delt. i pinned 100mg of prop on tuesday. its not horrible but it feels like i got a bruise in the muscle. just pinned 100mg of prop in my left quad. tomorrow ill be pinning 300mg test e in my glute(first time there). SD is at 20mg, 1m,4add is at 60mg.
the thirst has hit me early. im already up to 2gallons a day. if i dont i start to feel slightly nauseated and in a bad mood. i also am retaining water, not so much as to start dex. but enough to notice that my abs are not quite as visible. ill post other info about todays workout and stuff in my other 16 week log that will follow me through my whole cycle.
