You pushed through like always though and nothing stops you. Torn hammy, ribs, pec and the list goes on. Many would have just threw up their hands and said enough. It \hasn't been without low points but you keep battling always:)

Thank you! I tossed out the diet a couple months ago, in full bulk mode now:D Goal is working on percents and getting those numbers up.
