Can I still blast test if my recent TRT labs show high e2?

Was hoping to blast to 500mg/week test if my recent labs (Monday) came back good. Everything was great except for my e2 (74ng / 275 nmol) my e2 has been high for the last 5 months or so, last lab showed 240 3 months ago. No matter what I do with my protocol it never seems to go down. I don’t have high e2 symptoms aside from slightly weak hardons every now and then. But I take 5mg cialis EOD so can’t say I’ve noticed much of that

Am I good to go as long as I don’t see symptoms of high e2? I have arimidex on hand if I start seeing symptoms but honestly doesn’t seem like arimidex does anything for me based on my last 2 labs

My TRT is

Split twice a week

120 test e
1mg adex
500HCG (dropped from 1000 in the last 3 months to see if my e2 would go down, but it just went up)

Most recent labs were

Total T 690
SHBG 27
E2 275 (74ng)

My labs were drawn 4 days exactly following my 60mg injection / .5adex / 250iuhcg

Thanks

I never liked adex I always use exemastane or letro. You could try adding masteron or dropping the hcg to 250 or 375 in 3 125 shots.

You’ve started a few threads in reference to your high E2. Until you get your TRT protocol dialed in, you don’t need to worry about blasting anything. Fix your TRT protocol / HCG dose first.

Unfortunately don’t think that’s going to happen. Not really sure what to do in order to dial in because my doctor is no help and there’s too many mixed recommendations on forums I am a bit lost. I’ve been on adex for 7 years and am still currently on it and I’m still really high with e2. Have messed with my HCG dose, test dose. The only values that ever change are my total test and my e2 always stays high. I think that’s just the way my body handles it and I’m not really sure how to fix it

Not sure where you live or what your health insurance situation is, but I’d find another dr preferably an integrative medicine dr or an endo that is up on the current protocols for TRT. I’d bet money if you dropped the HCG your E2 would drop but I know you’re trying to conceive.

im in a tricky situation. My GP referred me to an endo specializing in TRT and men’s health. He’s the only one in my entire province. This was 5 years ago, but the rule is once my protocol is dialed in he refers my back to my GP to monitor and administer prescription. Now that I’m out of whack again my GP has attempted to refer me back to this same endo but he is no longer taking patients. So I’m kind of left to experiment with this on my own since there’s no other endos in my area that are knowledable or advocate for TRT. They’re primarily diabetes docs.

I’ve already cut my HCG dose in half from what it used to be and I’m actually getting higher e2 readings 3 months after doing that. I’m currently gonna try to pin 3x / week vs 2x / week and see what happens. Otherwise I may switch to 2x / week sub Q.

one thing that I’ve changed that could be potentially contributing is that I used to pin deep IM in the quad with a 25g 1 inch needle. And over the last 6 months I’ve been doing a 1/2 inch slin pin in my delts. I’m pretty lean though so not sure why that would make much difference
