This is absolutely SICK !!!!
The amount of volume is ridiculous. And it is wrap around by cardio. And pull-ups with 45lbs at your weight ? That is a man's PR.

Let us know how you recovered from this.
You are right Money, Cheda is a freak of nature...

I have back doms TODAY.. I did back on Friday... I'm scheduled to lift back today... I'm going to as there's nothing else I CAN lift lol. I wpuld entertain an off day, but I hVe 3 hours between classes tonight so I need to lift or I'll never stay at school hah.

It's not detrimental to lift with doms I've read, right?

Mini update - had a slight scare today during volume portion of my back work... Doing v bar lat pulls with 140 (=to 180 at my regular gym). Was doing my 10x4 and on the 4th set 3rd rep, I felt a HUGE pull in my right shoulder socket and immediately let go of the handle. It felt like my shoulder was getting pulled clean out of the socket; it didn't. And there is no pain now post workout but I was scared and forces to drop weight significantly for last 6 sets. To compensate, i shortened rest periods and increased reps to 10. I'm Gomna shoot some hoops and read before class and will update workout tonight. Did some nice heavy 1 arm BB rows today and can feel them already. Excited to post fknal progress pics tonight too!

I posted on my thread that I started feeling the thermo effects today. I am going to have to watch it as it will probably get worse and worse. Don't want to sweat up a storm when i already feel strangled by this shirt and tie.

Ok workout today was intense. See above post about scaring myself thinking I was gonna pull my shoulder out of socket. Worked a great sweat and then played bball for an hour-

75lbsx 10 sets of 4 alternating close and wide grip - strength is going down on these :/ last exercise and increasing strength on prior lifts is making it tough. Will try to increase tho to 80x3 for 10 sets next week.

So today I am feeling very worn down. Everything inside me is screaming to take a rest day, but then it throws off my whole schedule.

Today is supposed to be HIIT, legs, deads, and abs.

Doms in upper body is everywhere. Mostly shoulders and back though.. And heavy deads r probably not the best idea. I also feel like the cardio might hinder overall muscle growth and recovery today. I am thinking of how I can rework my split this week bur a small % Is saying to just buckle down and work through it :/

Same here. Sometimes I just feel like crap and then get in the gym and am good to go. But if you get in there and you just don't have it at all I think slogging through is the way to injury or at least a waste of time. I want high quality out of anything I'm doing in the gym and if my body/mind can't give me that then I know it's best to wait for a day when it can.

Well the deads r the only thing that will be taxing as I really don't go heavy anything else for legs.. I'm supposed to do 10 sets of 4 at 235lbs today my 1rm is probably between 275-300
10 sets of deads aint exactly easy. :D Just listen to your body, man. If you feel under-recovered, don't force it, adjust your workout for the day to what will most benefit you.

I am on Forskolin right now. Can't tell what it's doing yet, but haven't lost any strength yet. I am only 2 days in so far though.

On a side- I'm RIPPING PISSED-
4 mins into my HIIT cardio i get extreme tightness in both Achilles... My father ruptured his left one twice and right one once- so I'm not exactly immune to this injury.. By ten min mark it gelt ready to burst at any second. So now I am 16 minutes in and doing liss on 11 incline between 3-4mph. I REALLY wanted to run today bc I took my first scoop of alphamine and well- I'm wired smooth energy and lots of it.. Even feel very easy to breath.. Its a Shame, but one day without running is worse than 6-8 weeks. I'll still be lifting regular and doing post lift HIIT on recumbent. Just gonna try and sweat like a beast now- hoodie and beanie r on

I know there were no back shots to start and I regret that. But u can tell from the front shot that I accomplished my goal of a lean bulk/recomp- adding muscle and reducing bf in most areas or at worst staying the Same, all while on a caloric surplus!

Loll I wish I took measurements. Lesson learned. This is definitely the widest my back has been ever.. I am pleased with my progress but it only makes me want more n more picky too!

I took one scoop alphamine (first time ever) today pre workout with 1scoop condense. I was hummin. Lots of clean energy that lasted my whole workout and I don't feel as tired as I normally do after a long day at this time of night.

Tomorrow I will be adding forskolin 95 @ 2 caps a day and hghpro at 4 caps pre bed. Friday will add anabeta.
So the lineup moving forward for 2 more weeks of logging will be:

It really varies, I just always use 3 a day. Usually pre meal 30 minutes (with vanillean now) and sometimes one pre bed if I disnt use it during the day

Today's workout was annoyin at the start bc I Couldnt sprint due To a weird pain / tightness in my Achilles which didn't amount to anything but it kept me from sprinting. None the less I opened with 32 minutes and 420 cals of cardio via jogging and incline walking.

Went to my 10x4 trap deads and did 10 sets of 4@235lbs. Next week is 10x3 @245 or 250.

After these I am super tight so I did some
SLDL stretchers with the straight bar and then I did my PT circuit of glute ham bridges and rear leg elevated split squats to stretch out my hips lower back and hip flexors. I also did some hip thrusts w my back across the bench.

Sumo db squat on benches- wanted to get deep mobility and get blood into the legs after those deads
3 sets of 15@ 65lbs 30 seconds rest

Single leg curls alternating each leg no rest
40lbsx20,20 and 11 partial reps (5 at bottom, 5 at top and one full rep to finish)

Single leg extensions same as above

Hip adduction- 100,120,140x 15 drop 90x15 minimal rest between sets
Hip abduction- same as above

Standing calf raises- 250lbs x 50 reps no rest

Seated calf raises- 120x20 drop 110x 20 drop 100x16- wow burning!

Ab work
Finished with more liss (attempted one sprint and got it for 30 seconds but Achilles acted up again so I just kept with liss incline walking)
Total cardio - 49minutes 620 cals

Solo VL write up to come tomorrow

Definitely. Chest looks much bigger and so do the arms relative to waist. Waist look to be narrower ? Definitely leaner. Even your lower abs. I am definitely happy I added Vanillean to my stack. Great work out of you !

So I had lab this morning and it inspired my final write up - enjoy!

January 31, 2013

Final write up

Purpose
The purpose of this log was to determine if the solo use of bps vanillean (VL) could be used a)to reduce body fat b)to reduce body fat on a caloric surplus c) allow the user to complete a successful recomp, adding muscle mass while reducing body fat

Procedures
No dietary changes were made for this log, if any, the user increased calories above standard lean bulk calories on some days. Utilizing IF protocol, the user fasted for 16-20 hours, and used a 4-8 Hour feeding window. The user used a moderate carb, high fat, High protein diet, and moderate carb meals were separated from high fat meals whenever possible.
VL was taken orally 3 times a day for 28 days. There were two distinct protocols used for dosing. On workout days:
1 cap 30-45 minutes pre workout
1 cap 30 minutes prior to first post workout meal
1 cap 30 minutes prior to last meal of the day/night

On non workout days:
1 cap upon rising
1 cap 30 minutes prior to first meal
1 cap 30 minutes to last meal

Other dosing:
* the user took one cap pre bed for two nights in a row and experienced sleep disruptions (inability to fall asleep) and ceased this dosing after two attempts*

Observations
Within an hour or two of first dose, the user was very warm and perspired slightly. He recalls having to roll down the car window in 20 degree weather on new years day just to cool off. This trend continued for the duration of logging. On multiple occasions, hot flashes/intense thermo effects were felt at random through out the day and/or at night while sleeping. The user had to take his shirt off some nights and sleep outside the covers in a CT winter.

The user noted the most thermo effects with pre workout dose and noticed increase sweating for duration of the log.

The users girlfriend repeatedly told him "you feel so warm! I love it" and the user was able to confirm increased body temperature around the clock after 1 week of dosing.

The first 2.5 weeks the user noticed the thermo chills- hot core and cold extremities (feet/hands) the coldness in extremities reduced in Intensity nearing the end of the 28 days, but did not totally subside, perhaps the user simply adjusted to it rather than implicating lessening of effects.

Noticeable fat loss appeared after 8-9 days and increased roughly every 2-4 days thereafter.

Results
The starting bodyweight was 170lbs

At the midway point, the user weighed at 169 consistently for 10 days.

At the final 3-4 days of weighing, the user finished the 28 days at 172lbs.

Conclusion
The visual evidence presented suggests that the user was able to achieve his purpose of a)to reduce body fat b)to reduce body fat on a caloric surplus c) to complete a successful recomp, adding muscle mass while reducing body fat. With a net gain of 2lbs, and a visible reduction in body fat, primarily around the waist and trunk, the results thus prove that in the case of this subject, VL was effective as a stand alone supplement.

25mg forskolin
3 caps SNS MCC

Remainder of day will have 2 more VL caps before meals, 1 forksolin with last meal of day, 2 sns mcc with last meal. Recoverpro with half scoop condense immediately post work out , 500mg alcar with first post workou meal.
Tomorrow will Add Anabeta to all this. And probably increase alphamine have not decided, might wait til sat.
