THE FINAL WEEK IS HERE ----6...5...4..3..2.1.
In 6 days, I will get up on stage for the second time of my life since my weight loss journey began. I started with the goal of just belonging on stage and having the condition needed to feel comfortable standing up there in posing trunks... This year I wanted to be able to compete and place in the top 5. We will see soon enough. Regardless, the truth is as long as I see that I am improving from year to year, I know I will be happy. For me that has already happened. My current conditioning already exceeds my last show and my look is much better. When the show is over I will post last years competition shots to this years so we can see what changes have occurred.
Weight: 222 as of this am.. Estimating around 4-6% BF.
No cheat this week obviously..however, I was allowed 1 beef meal. SO... Beef brisket... green beans and a salad was my lunch... Believe me tho... It tasted amazing.
Posing went well... My coach from last year came in to see my progress and he said I have made some good changes from last year and felt Andre really helped me make some huge changes. Between the Andro Products and the support of Andre Scott as my coach.... I am definitely happy.
For real tho... who gets sponsored... for their second show.. Yea Definitely feeling lucky!
Libido:Libido is getting better... tho I think the adrenaline from coming near to the end of this journey is starting to help. I am rested today so that also helps.
Strength: Muscles are definitely weaker... But leg workouts are now out and I have curcuit training for the next few days.... then rest for the last two days leading up to the show. Cardio will start to taper down on Wednesday.
Joint soreness: no issues
My Diet I purchased a pound of 5% Buffalo just in case I need it but otherwise its Chicken with fish to backfill when needed. 75 grams of carbs.
Cardio 1 hour 45 mins. Cardio will taper down on Wed.
