yesterday was back and shoulders i had another excellent workout all my lifts felt strong.
no sides, I am notice a def. in my size and feeling more fuller muscles.
Back:
bent rows: 135x10, 185x8, 185x8, 225x5, 225x2
bio row machine: 315x10, 405x10, 505x6, 550x5
machine rows: 160lbsx10, 180x8, 210x2x8
horizontal row pull up: 225x10, 315x10, 225x8, 235x5
row pull down machine: 225x3x10
Shoulders:
Miltary press: 135x10, 185x8, 205x8
machine press: 135x10, 185x8, 205x8
lat. rasies: 20lbsx10, 25lbsx2x8
&
dips: 20lbsx3x20
I am eating around 7 times a day...but it deff. is also helping.
workouts stay about the same soon I will be changing my rotuine...
