I try to double my body weight in protein and that is very hard to do on foods alone.
yeah sounds it...i never could get 300+plus on just food...whats ur intake around if u dont mind me asking...without taking protein i would be around 200 would be my guess..

Yep, it is VERY hard for me to get any more than 175ish grams of protein from food.

weight is up 2 lean pounds now....
feel better keeping my mood and intensity.

today was traps again this is a recurrenting problems i work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and when they switch me around i tend to loose alot of sleep....workout was fine tomorrow i should be back to reg. schudule

yesterday was back and shoulders i had another excellent workout all my lifts felt strong.

no sides, I am notice a def. in my size and feeling more fuller muscles.

Back:
bent rows: 135x10, 185x8, 185x8, 225x5, 225x2
bio row machine: 315x10, 405x10, 505x6, 550x5
machine rows: 160lbsx10, 180x8, 210x2x8
horizontal row pull up: 225x10, 315x10, 225x8, 235x5
row pull down machine: 225x3x10

Shoulders:
Miltary press: 135x10, 185x8, 205x8
machine press: 135x10, 185x8, 205x8
lat. rasies: 20lbsx10, 25lbsx2x8
&
dips: 20lbsx3x20

I am eating around 7 times a day...but it deff. is also helping.

workouts stay about the same soon I will be changing my rotuine...

workout was AMAZING....bench is up 10lbs for 3 reps

bodyweight is still +2

Decline: 135x10, 185x2x10, 225x10, 275x6 (+10lbs)
cable crosses: 75lbsx3x10
reg. dumbell bench: 95lbsx3x8
chest machine: 225x2x8, 315x8, 405x5
flys: 45lbsx3x10

finally got back on my schudule and have been doing my reg. workouts...

everything else is the same
no sides

workouts seem to be getting quicker a lot less fatigue

i love this supplement....I am getting through my workouts @ high weight fairly quickly. did back today with my new workout its a 3x8

Back:
dealift: 225x8, 315x2x8
bio row machine: 405x8, 505x2x8
seated row: 170x8, 190x8, 210x8
wide grip pull ups: 3 sets @ 10 reps
bent rows: 135x8, 185x8, 225x8
lat pulldowns: 170x8, 190x8, 200x8

no sides which is the best part...

accutally i havent i used purple wrath like 3 times thats about it...but i do feel BA is very good prolly one of the best natural products to use no question....i have always prior been a big NO and creatine products but the problem with them is they litterally make my stomach sick and carnage doesnt...

and abs exercises....changes everything i dont do alot of core workouts though

I am trying to get more cut up so my strength isnt going up as much....trying to cut back on carbs and fats watch what i eat a little better...

anywho today is day 30....

I feel great still, no sides or bloat like other products...

dosent affect my stomach A.E. make me wanna puke like some PWO do...

umm for some odd reason today is my last day bc i ran out of pills was taking 6 a day...so i must have taken extra or maybe my bro used some...

I followed a 300+ gram a day intake of protein with this log....

I feel BA carnage is a very good supplement and legit way to get more intense better workouts to build strength...

I had flushing for a few days besides that i felt great no other sides...

I would love to use BA again this was my first time on it and besides NO products BA is the best for me...
i would recommend this product carnage to anyone who lifts after work or needs a little edge to stay motivated to lift...

I did gain 2LBM and had some strength increases nothing major but i did get around 5-10lbs on my bench for 3 reps
