Sns quality plus pricing is always top notch so I'll be getting it regardless, but will there be any benefits to buying it during the release? Only ask cause I have green mag I gotta use up but I am always persuaded to buy for future with sales.

Also, is there anything to consider when taking choline with tmg? Is it redundant to take both, or does dosing need to change, or just stack at normal doses?

Today actually starts 2g betaine pre with 1.5g ArA

Gonna try 2g ArA when I finish my ABE bottle too.

For the betaine, if I do 2g pre and 1g intra that's sufficient right, so long as you get 2.5g daily? I don't have a postworkout shake or anything. Just copious amounts of food

Take the betaine with food. It doesn't matter when, preferable in split dosages to avoid GI issues.

A lottle bit of a concern here guys. Got my bottle of TMG yesterday and noticed a sour taste instead of the usual light sweet taste i get from TMG. Tasted like bulk lclt and smelled like it too. Ive had Betaine HCL before and although its not as horrid, the taste is closer to that than tmg

The taste/smell isnt as strong as lclt but its not the usual tmg taste im use to

I opened mine at the house and it has no sour or bitter taste at all. I also had someone run by a local nutrition shop and a bottle of HCL and compare it to a tub at the warehouse. She said the taste was like night and day and tasted nothing like hcl

Will send the lot number this evening. My tub was hot when I received. Sat on the porch for 6 hrs in 90 degree heat before I made it home. Wonder if that messed with it

There was only one batch so they are the same lot numbers. I'm not what effect heat has on it but the warehouse is climate controlled

TMG smells similar to lclt but the taste is different. It is like a very light sugar imo. No sour taste like lclt.
