So what's the best weight gainer out there these days?? My opinon is N LARGE 2 by Prolab!!!
agreed. i hate weight gainer. all it is is sugar. FOOD is the best weight gainer imo.Steak

Check out this thread.I was always hesitant to drink muscle milk due to all of that fat. The label describes the type fat as harmless but, really, how is that much fat harmless regardless of the way it's structured...
I don't buy their stuff about the fat in MM.
It's fat - but most of it is good fat. Just take it into account when figuring your daily caloric intake.
And I wouldn't recommend it around workout time if you are worried about fat gain.

Like the others said, it's not really optimal. BUT, if you're going to have a low fat, high GI weight gainer, PWO is probably the best time. yea it dose make you sh*t alot and if you look at that stuff it has like 150 mg of cholesterol witch is alot!!! I went to the Dr. and had some blood work done and my cholesterol was high so i told him what supps i was taking and he said to stop taking it or have a heart attack the stuff works real good i was kinda upset to have to stop taking this im gonna try ON pro complex gainer see how it workscytogainer tastes soooooooooo good. only problem is i sh*t soooooo much. it gets annoying after a while. anybody else have this problem?
