You still got me on bench and pull-ups, but at least I got you on overhead. I actually benched 275x6 Friday - if I had known you were gonna do 8 maybe I would have tried harder

Finally stopped eating everything yesterday, after staying with Mum and Dad up the coast for 2 nights to celebrate some family birthdays.
Did 3 exercises this morning in the gym:
Bench 125kg 3x5
Seated cable row dropsets x3
Strict OHP 60kg 3x6
Will head out bush this afternoon.
Also, on another note, over my holidays my employment contract for 2019 was cancelled, so today marks the first day of work for my new business, domestic plumbing & drainage. Wish me luck!

It's going ok. Things have slowed down over here so not the most fertile environment for a new business, but I am making enough to feed my family and pay the bills so can't complain!
