So, I just think I look fatter from the before and after picture. Maybe, that's because I am biased. Either way, I added some other pictures of me flexing. This is the first time I have ever flexed for a picture, and it looks like I don't even know how to do it right. Lol. So, please don't make too much fun of me. I tried taking the after picture in the same way that I did my before picture so it would be as fair as possible.

Increases in oxygen utilization and ATP, improved recovery times between sets, decreased lactic acid and ammonia, increased pump, and mood enhancement:
I experienced all of the effects. If you followed my log, you would see that I posted a daily thoughts on those. More often than not I felt these effects in a very pronounced way. The effect that I liked the most was the increase of oxygen utilization and ATP which allowed me to increase my reps every week and also do it set after set. The mood enhancement was just icing on the cake in the end.
After this log, I would say that I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a creatine OR a pre-workout supplement. It surpassed my expectations and made me a believer. I will continue to use this supplement after this log.
