Improved recovery times between sets:
I was able to tri-set my last three exercises without even being gassed at all! Next week I add more exercises, w00t.
Decreased lactic acid and ammonia:
Very noticable, but calve raises (the last ten reps) BURNED LIKE NO OTHER!
Increased pump:
Yeah, they felt huge.
Mood enhancement:
Yeah, although certain things haven't been going my way I seem to always be looking on the brighter side.
I'm starting to get sad because no more CRE-02. I think I'm going to HAVE to order some more this is too good of a supplement to not take advantage of.
