Lol, well, I had a protein shake and showered.

Then headed over to california pizza kitchen for my routine weekly cheat meal. It was ****ing great. I had the california club and a guiness on top of that. I miss my guiness! Thank god I'm bulking again.

I just had one glass, they are expensive lol.
They mix a half shot of Jameson Whiskey and a half shot of Bailey's Irish Cream and you drop the mixture shot into a pint of Guiness and chug it. Tastes like friggen Irish Chocolate Milk.

I got to finally try an Irish Carbomb on St Patty day! Its was awesome!

Man I bet sex after a leg workout was brutal...and awesome at the same time! I always make the girl go on top for most of the time if I have leg doms lol

I made sure to take it 2 hours pre-workout. I had a pretty good workout today. I added reps in most of my exercises and I didn't feel like I broke form at all. My triceps were probably the biggest difference. I added 5 pounds on the first set and manage to pull off the same number of reps as last week. I was then still able to add 5 more pounds on top of that to be in my desired range.

Jesus, really? I know I've been pushing it, but 88% sounds like a number thrown around in a muscle tech ad. Well, this stuff works, plain and simple. I wish I had taken other kinds of creatine other than cell tech to compare to, but I don't. And, I think the numbers speak for themselves. I can't wait for my final measurements too, hopefully not too much of it will be on my midsection haha.

And, this is with no other supplements, I wonder what it would be like to stack it with other MST products....;)

How did you figure out those numbers by the way?

It could be because I started this log following a summer long cut/recomp and the supplement along with the sudden increase of calories makes for exponential buffery.

I lost some reps on hamstring curls because I am doing them much slower. I am doing 3 seconds up, 2 seconds down. I feel it much more today, so I think I will keep doing them this way for now.

It was only one rep, I lost some strength after my cut though. I was repping 185 8-12 times, but now I lost some. Or, actually it could be because I pre-exhaust my shoulders before I do it that I lose some strength. Whatever.

I feel terrible because my throat hurts and my body aches. I don't know if it's soreness or sickness or a combination of both.

Boo, I haven't gotten sick in years.

Great workout bro, and a great log, youve improved so much in your workouts while on cr-02.
This is one of the first times, that a supplement has worked in every log ive seen, but not just worked, but surpassed, and suprised both the user and those onlooking in the way its continued to produce mind blowing results.
Earlier on you had an 88 percent increase in lateral pulldown stamina and volume.
It seems like this could be the one supp that could be hyped right up, and deliver on all its promises.
Im so impressed, i ordered this yesterday, and now i cant wait to try it out.

I did! For some reason I have a couple of CRE doses in the bottle left. I guess I forgot to dose a couple of times on non gym days? Anyway, I'll log those the best I can and the extra sample I got from you guys.
