Glad u had a good 1st work out man!Here we go guy's the log started last night! I read the directions which said to mix with 8 oz of water 1 scoop 10 minutes before workout. The first thing I noticed was no dye which was nice. It mixes with ease 3-4 shakes and fully desolved! This was nice because I always hate to see stuff left over in my shaker makes me feel like i'm not getting a full serving. The taste is excellent just like an apple jolly roger, I found the flavor mild and enjoyable. I started working out about 15 mins after drinking( i live 10 mins from gym) and the first thing I noticed was I felt very focused almost tunnel vision! Next the tingles and smooth energy which lasted the entire workout and no crash! As a note I lift late night and had no trouble falling asleep which is usually a problem for me with stim PW's.. About 30 mins into my workout it hits me! The pumps started to hit and hit good also my veins where really popping I look in the mirror like wow! So for day one I'm very impressed can't wait to hit back tonight...

Hammer strength lateral press:
190x12, 230x10, 230x10
Arnold press: 60x12, 65x10
Seated side raises: 35x 14, 40x12
Front raise: 30x 12, 35x 10
Rear delts pec machine: 110x14, 120x10
Triceps:
Easy curl cable push downs: 140x 14, 150x 12, 150x 10
Over head rope extensions: 110x 14, 120x 10
Reverse grip cable extensions: 35x12, 40x10
Dips: 2 sets until fail
My workout was great thanks to Condense... I was able to push hard on all my lifts.. Here are some before pics taken the other day.. Lets get it on!!!
