Always open to advice I'm no way an expert! I tend to be very routined and do need to vary my movements. You have just motivated me to do so!! Any suggestions on workouts that have worked for you? I normally like to train for strenght and size.
Always been a big fan of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. It puts on a lot of things in to perspective and adds a necessary touch of simplicity. It strips away all the unecessary garbage that people (myself included) throw in their workouts and allows them to focuse on what matters. Great to follow if you are on time constraints.

Also I have enjoyed Westside, Juggarnaut method, and 5x5 among others. I usually go on programs for an extended period of time and then take a few weeks off to switch it up to whatever I feel like doing. Then I start on a program again to refocus my goals. This process keeps me from getting bored or stuck doing the same thing. Whatever im doing, every workout focuses around at least one big compound lift and I rarely use any machines and often not even cables. This is because of a valuable lesson taught to me in college when all I had was a barbell, power rack with a pull up bar, platform, and 3 eager training partners. Being forced to stick to and master the basics gave me the best gains of my life.

IMO a lifter always needs to go an experiment with all the crazy excersizes, machines, and what not to get it out of their system and come to the realization that the basic lifts are always the best and everything else should be there to balance and support those.

I have been looking at your workouts and I saw some things im going to pull from them and try out. Always good to pick up some things from other people

Sorry guys no gym last night!:( my 8 month old got a stomach virus! Good news is I took off of work to take care of him and found a new gym! Going to try it tonight it's open later so I can put a full workout in now!

Sorry to hear about the 8 month old hope they are doing better. Good you found a gym where you won't be rushed though

Yeah, I've been chicken phobic for a couple months now. I'm pounding 93/7 with diced jalapenos now.

Hope the little one feels better soon. My 9yr stayed home the other day with some bug they always pick up from school. I'm fighting it now.

I'm going to change gyms there was also a lot more female motivation last night! As usual Condense had me killing my workout..

Update:
Just got back from vacation last night! I hate the first day back at work after vacation it sucks! Anyway took the family to Lake George in NY I have a bass boat and planed on fishing a tournament while I was there. I did cardio only workouts while away and took condense. I have to say that Condense is still impressing me! I love the energy and focus at 2 scoops. I took Condense at 4AM before the fishing tournament to test the effects on a long hard day on the water. I was focused on my game plan and had a great day and took 3rd place with 5 fish @ 15.8 lbs. After 8 hour NO Crash from Condense just love this stuff! Tonight back to the gym and I'm sure I'll be paying for the time off..

Last night first day back to the gym from vacation. It's been 5 days off from lifting weights man I felt good!! While on vacation I did 4 days of cardio and I'm still amazed at how great Condense has been for stamina! I'm not sure if I'll be able to do cardio without it thats why I bought 2 more bottles. I worked out at a new gym again and think I found my new home, it has so much more equiptment and is open later. I want able to to more sets and felt so pumped thought my shirt was going to rip! LOL Can't wait to hit the gym tonight!

Also with the new gym and later hours I was able to add a couple of new exercises and did 17 mins of cardio at the end. My shoulders are so sore today i couldn't comb my hair love it!

So Fridays are usually my day off but decided to hit the gym since I was on vacation last week. Downed 2 scoops of Condense and entered the zone to murder my back! Felt focused and energized as usual. Felted very pumped and had someone at the gym comment how jacked I looked! Nice since its a new gym and I know no one, he asked the question what was I on? HaHa!! So I had to pump the Purus line which He knew nothing about. He said they don't sell it at *** ? I told him that he won't find many good supps at the 3 letter store and directed him to NP! Love when this old dog can teach the young ones some new tricks!

Sat & Sun:

So took the day off Sat!!! Sunday had a party at my house for my wifes birthday and did Cardio only at night. I used Sunday for my cheat day and ate more carbs then I have in a week! Had Baked ziti, Eggplant parm, bread, 2 Canoli's (yes I'm Italian LOL) and loved every minute! Today I'm on my 3rd Duce already paying for it now.. 2 scoops of condense and hit the treadmill felt bad after eating all that. I was ready for bed but condense picked me up and got me moving.

Yeah I know just my body is such a creature of habit! As soon as I change anything in my diet my stomach flipps out and puts me in the toilet all day.. I guess it's like a self cleanse!

Should have eaten a pint of ice cream on top then. That way when your ass is on fire from the self cleanse you can count on the ice cream to follow and cool things down haha.

Solid log though looks like you are making some good progress
