Here we go guy's the log started last night! I read the directions which said to mix with 8 oz of water 1 scoop 10 minutes before workout. The first thing I noticed was no dye which was nice. It mixes with ease 3-4 shakes and fully desolved! This was nice because I always hate to see stuff left over in my shaker makes me feel like i'm not getting a full serving. The taste is excellent just like an apple jolly roger, I found the flavor mild and enjoyable. I started working out about 15 mins after drinking( i live 10 mins from gym) and the first thing I noticed was I felt very focused almost tunnel vision! Next the tingles and smooth energy which lasted the entire workout and no crash! As a note I lift late night and had no trouble falling asleep which is usually a problem for me with stim PW's.. About 30 mins into my workout it hits me! The pumps started to hit and hit good also my veins where really popping I look in the mirror like wow! So for day one I'm very impressed can't wait to hit back tonight...

Hammer strength lateral press:

Arnold press: 60x12, 65x10
Seated side raises: 35x 14, 40x12
Front raise: 30x 12, 35x 10
Rear delts pec machine: 110x14, 120x10

Triceps:
Easy curl cable push downs: 140x 14, 150x 12, 150x 10
Over head rope extensions: 110x 14, 120x 10
Reverse grip cable extensions: 35x12, 40x10
Dips: 2 sets until fail

My workout was great thanks to Condense... I was able to push hard on all my lifts.. Here are some before pics taken the other day.. Lets get it on!!!

My second day of Condense was better than the first! I went with 1.5 scoop today and it worked wonders. Energy was up and the veins are bulging.. The pictures dont do it justice arms looked like a road map... Felt like a beast in the gym!

Dosed condense at 1.5 again today and still loving it. Legs are my weak spot due to bad knees and football abuse. I was able to push hard on all sets and did not feel spent after like I normally would. I'm really enjoying the energey from Condense. I had 10 mins left after leags so i did some random extra sets as well!! As a side: Anyone have sex while pumped on condense? I did last night try it you may be surprised!!:naughty: Friday is my off day!! Can't wait to try Condense this weekend with my cardio only wokouts.

I decided to go with 2 scoops on Sat and Sun and I could have ran on the treadmill all day just loved the energy. I need the boost since my Calorie intake is low with very little carbs. I'm cutting right now and over the last 6 weeks have dropped 9 lbs. as of this morning! Lost 1.5 this week and my Purus stack is a big reason for it..I've already oreded more Condense it's going to be my new PW, check the Sale at NP can't beat the price with D-pole..

So the guess work is over I'm a 2 scoop guy! I was in beast mode last night!! Just felt great the entire time. At 2 scoops the pumps started to really kick which at first I felt condense might be lacking. Still loving this stuff!! Question guy's, what is the assumed body wieght when companys setup the dosing for a product?

Chest
flat bench: 185x14, 225x12, 265x6, 295x3
incline dumbbells: 85'sx12, 95'sx10
vertical press (nautilus) 185x16, 200x10
seated flys (nautilus) 200x12, 220x10

Biceps
Cable preacher curls: 120x12, 130x10, 150x8
dumbell curls: 40x12, 45x10
cross cable curls: 70x14, 80x10

Solid bench numbers. I definitely need more than 1 scoop. Usually do 1 1/2

Stimulant tolerance is going to be the number one factor in how many scoops. I sometimes use just 1 but 1.5-2 when I want a kick in the ass!!

Also the nitrate pumps come on strong and you are right some may need more. However with nitrates I have seen personally and looked into it a bit that it accumulates and the effects seem to get better and better longer you use them.

I completely agree, I'm starting to notice the more I'm using it the better it works!! When compared to other PW's that I seem to build a tolerance for over time and need to increase

Im a 1 scoop kinda guy. Stimulants wreck me if i take "too much". Besides, 1 scoop gives me a decent bit of energy.

So over time your saying the pumps get better?

It's been a week and the pumps where at their best last night? I trust Grambo is right seem like he has the same experience as myself.. Only more time will tell.

This makes good sense and it has begun to be true with my use. The pump yesterday was definitely increased over previous days. Let's see what leg day today brings.

Make sure u take your daily dump before...I have a feeling u wouldn't be able to sit after leg day...LOL

Wise advice. Haha that is the problem I mentioned in my log. I finished my squats with a crazy max rep/burnout set of 31 reps of 225. When I went to take my post dinner dump I almost collapsed squatting down and fell off the side

Wise advice. Haha that is the problem I mentioned in my log. I finished my squats with a crazy max rep/burnout set of 31 reps of 225. When I went to take my post dinner dump I almost collapsed squatting down and fell off the side

2 scoops of condense and off to hit the gym... I have to say that this cut I'm doing with the lack of carbs is killing me! Thank God for Condense or I would have never made it to the gym. Was not my best workout but I managed to do it. 2 more weeks of this than I'm going to amp up the calories and start to throw the weights around!

I feel your pain with the low carb torture! Today will be a 50g day and I already have a bad attitude. Lol 1 more week and then the feeding frenzy begins, within reason of course...heh heh

Thank god that my legs were so weak and shaky that I couldnt start until I was comfortably seated. I was shaking worse than Danny Golver in Lethal Weapon when he finds out there is a bomb under the toilet

Solid workout. I noticed you stick mostly to cable excerises with triceps. You ever do any heavy extension or close grip bench work as well?

Yeah I understand. Doing one heavy tricep extension or press excercise could take the place of 2 other ones and save you some time. Not trying to rip apart your workout or anything it looks very solid and only you know what works best for you. Just trying to share some stuff that has helped me immensly.

Always open to advice I'm no way an expert! I tend to be very routined and do need to vary my movements. You have just motivated me to do so!! Any suggestions on workouts that have worked for you? I normally like to train for strenght and size.
