Currently doing Legs/Push/Pull.
I would love to try this product to see how well it helps my strength and performance in the gym! I train 5-6 days a week, weigh in at 167lb. Plan on getting to 187lb before I cut. Sitting at around 11-12% bf, and leaner in some areas. Only problem is, I live outside the states.. Australia here :34:
